We hired Mindy from Events Made Simple for our September wedding at Pine Lakes Country Club. We had most of the planning completed but wanted a day of coordinator to help with the chaos as well as to help with out of state planning since we live in Maryland. Mindy was AMAZING! She was always quick and clear in her emails and very flexible with our schedules as we were only in town for short periods of time. Our fist meeting, she came with multiple typed out pages of the day-of logistics and had copies for me and my husband. She actively listened to our needs and was always on top of all the details, which I may have changed several times. :) The day of, she was a blessing. From greeting guests, being creative in extra décor, and having extra supplies we didnt think of on hand. She had sand in a vase to extinguish our sparklers and even her hot glue gun to help make flowers for the aisle. I would highly, highly suggest her services for her creativity, organization, and preparedness will save you on your day!

My new husband and I chose Mindy to coordinate our recent wedding at Pine Lakes Country Club. I cant say enough amazing things about Mindy and her work. She was by far the most vital part of the team that day! I was able to relax and enjoy the big day because of Mindy.
