I honestly would not suggest this school to my worst enemy. Appearance wise its beautiful and homey looking. Ms. Moet (the directors daughter and lead teacher) is nice. BUT... I am the mother of a three year child that had never been in a structured class room setting prior to enrollment into the school. I explained this ahead of time with both the director/owner and lead teacher. I explained that I was enrolling my child into school to gain social skills as well as other educational benefits. They both ensured me that they would love the challenge and believed hed be ok. I paid a deposit and signed a waiver saying that there was a 30 day policy stating if after the 30 days the daycare and the parent had the right to part ways without penalty. After the first week they told me he was not sleeping at nap time so I came to the school to observe. I asked the age of the children in the other room and was told it was the 2-3 year old class. I asked why my child was not in this class and the teacher said "Why would he be your kid is 4. When I explained that he was only 3 she looked genuinely surprised. I asked another teacher (there are 3 total not including the Director). The other teacher told me my child was 4 also. When I brought it to the Directors attention she told me I was making excuses for my childs behavior and there for enabling him. She told me I should medicate my child. Then told me a story of another child that she had suggested that to and now he was thriving. MEDICATING A 3 YEAR OLD! She continued to speak of her 14 years of work in child care. Telling me she had never seen a kid like mine...but wait what about the other kid you medicated? Her granddaughter attended the daycare and basically ruled the school. If she didnt want to do it she didnt. If she wanted a toy she got it. And SURPRISE that was the child that she felt he was a danger towards. I have never felt more deflated and inadequate as a person and/or a human being. But the biggest joke was that she didnt decide to give me her laundry list of problems until after the 30 day grace period therefore I lost my deposit. Fast forward to now: I have not had ONE complaint from the school he is in now. The school has cameras and I often watch and he is well behaved. Takes naps every day and actually ahead of his class academically. But according to Happy Tots he wasnt teachable, a danger, and I was enabler.

I love Happy Tots! My 2 year has blossomed in the last 11 months since we started there! I am confident she is learning, safe, and having fun while I am at work. The owner and staff are friendly and keep me informed about my childs progress. You will be a happy parent if you enroll your child in Happy Tots!

Great teacher to student ratio. My daughter learns something new every day. You can tell they truly care about the children.
