Ive been in town this month for business, and have come by weekly to keep my grooming on order and this was my third time. There were signs of uncertainty right from go as Angies greeting implied self-confidence. However, I wasnt put on edge by her, because I was there for a simple trimming of my beard, neck, and edges. What I got was double charged, plus tip and an inhospitable experience. I could have pulled the razor from my bathroom bag, this morning, and saved myself the discomfort, but I choose to come back for the service Id experienced in the past. So a word of caution to anyone passing this place a visit if ANGIE is staffed to cut your hair, wait for someone else or come back another day.

Had to wait about 10/15 minutes, although I did not use their app, which was my fault. The woman who cut my hair was very nice and gregarious. She got me talking, which I dont usually do much of with strangers. I was happy with the overall shaping and style of my cut, but there couldve been more attention to detail (stray hairs too long and neck not shaved to the skin).

Absolutely the worst place to get a haircut. Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she completely butchered it. I wouldve thought shes never cut hair before. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere where they know what theyre doing.

So many better options in town. Staff is trained to have you in and out of your seat in 13 min, regardless of how you look. They arent suppose to relate to you much either. Very robotic, try someplace else...

Worst customer service. Made appt online, said 5 min. I arrived 10mins later. Still had to wait. 1st lady on left. Redish hair. Very rude. B----!
