The first haircut I got there was pretty bad; I told the lady I wanted something very specific, and it took about 8 minutes for her to finish it, and truly did not make an effort to accomplish the look I asked for. I was not a happy camper, but I let it go. Due to convenience I came back and got my second haircut with Lindsay, I believe is her name (blonde, young girl with an edgy haircut). It was just amazing. She took her time and gave me the best haircut Ive gotten, and was super kind and cool to talk to. I came back a couple months later and once again, she gave me an awesome haircut and recommended a great hair product I still use to this day. If I hadnt moved away from VA, I would still be seeing her. :)

For years Ive gone from one barber/hair stylist to the next, searching for the right one. Though HC is in the same town where I live, it still took me a while to decide that this is my place, and Lindsay is my stylist. 5 years ago I first came sat in her chair and said "give me a crew cut," a dramatic change from my then hairstyle. She cringed a little and tried to see if I was really really sure. I was (I had reasons) and she naturally complied. I appreciated her candor and opinion as she is the master stylist, and Ive been going there ever since. I always ask for Lindsay, but when shes busy, other stylists there will take care of me as well.

Service can vary greatly depending on who is cutting your hair. Some stylists are good, but maybe it has just been my luck to draw on a couple of terrible ones. Beware of the tall Russian-accented brunette, shell try to overcharge you and do a crap job on your hair. Normally, I wouldnt single anyone out, but Ive had her twice and both times she charged me 20+ for a simple sideburn trim (which she messed up on). Ive had the same service done there before and was charged $5 for which I tipped $10. Your best bet is probably Lindsay but you have to set an appt. with her as she is rather popular.

I have been going here for years, not a single complaint. I have never left unsatisfied with my hair cut from any of the wonderful stylists here, however I have become one of Lindsays regular clients. All of the employees are always friendly and welcoming even on thier worst days! I highly recommend you give them a chance because if you do, youll never go anywhere else.

I had my hair styled by Medina multiple times at this salon. The staff is very friendly and does wonders. I would recommend Medina for any hair styles, cuts or colors. She has done up dues and styled curls to perfection. I drive From Fairfax to Leesburg to get my hair done. Highly recommend!

I got my bangs cut and eyebrows waxed. The gentleman that did my eyebrows did not wipe my brows before, or use aloe afterward. This resulted in a small scar right below my eyebrow. My bangs were lopsided.
