These guys do NOT have it together. Ive been to this place twice, and twice received a mediocre undercut buzz, and had to go home and clean it up with my own tools each time AND each time they buzzed a little chunk of hair they werent supposed to! They never make appointments, they never know how long the wait is, and the same woman who keeps answering the phone has no idea what she is talking about. Ive called 6 different times now in the past 2 weeks and the same confused woman just keeps answering the phone. One second she is telling me I can check in, the next she is telling me I just have to walk in. At a place like Hair Cuttery, or Great Clips, or places like that, you walk in, you wait a few minutes, you get in the chair, you leave. It takes literally 2 minutes or less to buzz off my undercut when I go to the Charles Town location, and they are super nice and on top of their hair game every time I go there. The Purcellville location could learn a few things from the Charles Town location. They are unorganized, and very untimely.

Terrible experience walked in there getting hair done for a wedding and they only did my moms hair and she didnt even need it done and my hair needed one inch cut off thats it and my grandmas needed to be done and we waited over an hour to have people skip us the entire time and take other people so we wasted an hour of our time when we could have gone somewhere else and had better experience Only good people are Roxy and Amanda manager didnt even help just walked passed up and sat down in the back with 3 other girls when our hair could have been cut never going back! Took almost 2 hours to wait for a haircut one time. Another time I called in and they said there was no one there and no wait. I showed up 5 mins later, and waited for an hour lol. Pathetic

I love this salon! I see Roxy who does an incredible job on my hair and the price is so reasonable. Its the only Hair Cuttery that has ever cut my hair well!

Good haircuts, decent price. Be sure to call ahead, check-in online, or make an appointment if you wish to avoid waiting for 45 minutes to an hour.
