God awful experience, called ahead to see if they could take two walk in hair cuts and was told yes. We get there and are greeted by a woman who would clearly rather not deal with us, shes impatiently tapping her fingers, flat out unfriendly, and says "Ill let you deal with that" talking to another stylist, referring to us. Defeated the whole purpose of calling ahead to avoid waiting. The stylist we end up with is lost, criticizing my friends haircut, telling her she cant do what shes asking for, so she ends up leaving without saying anything and getting the first woman. She cant or wont properly explain what to do to the other girl so she literally says "Ill just take care of this right now" and ends up contemptuously cutting her hair, all the while throwing hunks of hair behind her, several landing on my legs in the next chair, and ends up giving her THE EXACT SAME HAIRCUT SHE STARTED WITH. Both stylists asked her what she wanted but kept interrupting and talking over her.

Speaking as a guy, dont go here. The bald person who cut my hair obviously lost his appreciation for hair a long time ago. When I went in I clearly explain i wanted my hair cleaned up for a wedding - short on the sides and just a bit off the top and I was happy with the current length overall. I arrived with 4 inches of hair on top and this idiot cut off 3.5 inches. So much for just a bit off the top. This bald dude is without a doubt an incompetent moron who should only be cutting wrapping paper with adult supervision, surely not hair. Boo on you and boo on this place.

Dont go there if you want a eyebrow wax because she left so many hairs on my eyebrows and even in the middle of them and I never have a problem ever with people waxing them but if I was you $10 aint wroth your money there for eyebrows and go to a nail salon Or go and get them threaded in the mall Dont step In there for a eyebrow wax.

Jessica cuts my hair and does great. I do a mixture of a hardpart/prohibitian era cut and she is the only person that gets it right. Plus she is super friendly. (I know Jessica is a common name so if there are two Jessicas she is the one with a pixie cut and it is usually dyed a cool color)
