I would give negative stars if I could. Called this company to install a bathroom fan. Brian made an appointment, but someone else showed up. He didnt even have the tools for the job, and had to use mine. The guy complained, cursed and stomped around for two hours while my kids and I were downstairs. All of a sudden it got quiet: He just left. No fan, no light, just a hole in my ceiling and a big mess. Called Brian, who promised to come the next day to fix it. Guess what? He never showed and wont answer his phone. Now I still have no light, no fan, a hole in the ceiling, insulation everywhere and a big mess. He also knocked several floor tiles loose, probably by stomping around on the stool. I wouldnt hire these guys to change a light bulb. Incompetent, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Brian is very attentive, conscientious, neat, punctual. If hes unsure of a little detail he will research it extensively. He knows his regulations and materials. We had a total service upgrade plus many home improvements that he pulled off very nicely! He was always available to us. So helpful. Definitely recommend.
