So, I contacted Paul from them to install a dedicated line for my Samsung gas stove and clock. He came by looked at the unfinished part of my basement, and quoted me $200. I specified that I wanted the line run from my from my circuit breaker box to the stove, which does not mean split an existing outlet. What they did? They came in and split the line from one of my current outlets, which is the same thing that my husband was going to do a month ago. I told him no, and that we should have an electrician come in an install the outlet from the breaker box and follow Samsung recommendations since he is active duty and did not have the time to do it himself. So in all they knocked off $75 dollars, and charged me $125. I had to cancel a few times and they were good with that, but the end game is that they did not do what I asked them/contracted to do.

I recently called Chancellor Electric to do the work on my kitchen remodel. They had come highly recommended from a contractor friend of mine. They showed up to do the estimate when they said they would. They showed up to do the work when they said they would. And when they were done there was nothing for me to clean up, The price they gave me was what I had to pay. No "we had to do this so thats more money". I would recommend them to anyone, even my mom. Thank you so much Dan and Paul.
