Terrible experience. I called to ask if this company gave free estimates and I was told that they do. I feel like I made it clear that I was only looking for an estimate as I had a relatively simple problem. I met someone from the company at my tenants house to see what was going on with a breaker that wasnt working correctly. The guy looked at the breaker and told me it would be $300 to fix it. I told him Id have to think about it, mainly because it was the beginning of the month and I had yet to be paid by my tenant. Even though the estimates were free I was planning on giving the guy a couple of 20s for his trouble, and probably still paying the $300 to fix the problem shortly. I was literally reaching into my wallet to give him cash for his time when he started giving me this terrible attitude, snatching up his tools and telling me Id wasted his time. He stormed off saying something indiscernible as he left, leaving my meter laying on the ground and my fuse box in a few pieces next to it. The box where the meter goes in was still live and I got zapped trying to cover it up when the rain came this afternoon. I ended up calling a couple of other electricians who quoted me similar prices and had it fixed this evening after my tenant paid me. If this guy had any semblance of patience he would have earned my business but instead he gave me a terrible attitude and left a live electrical mess right outside my house. I wouldnt want anyone like this working on my home and cant recommend this company to anyone else.

On the Upside: We hired LiveWire Electrical to replace our main breaker panel and run a new outlet and coaxial cable for a wall-mount TV. Without charging us for the initial estimate, their bid came in at less than 1/4 what a national chain had for the same scope of work. I am in the construction trades, and I have to say that they are an outfit I will hire in the future as needs arise - professional, extremely courteous, and addressed our needs quickly, rearranging their schedule to deal with our house, which was without power. On the downside: As another reviewer notes, we did receive our receipt by email, however no written warranty has been provided. They dont arrive in a work truck with shiny decals, nor do they utilize uniforms, and I had to pick up a couple cigarette butts in my backyard. All told, if you want spit and polish and care what the neighbors think about your contractors, call someone else - if you want the job done right the first time, fully explained (and shown) to you, fopr a fantastic price from a licensed sparky, call Bobby at LiveWire. I will.

We hired Bobby to pull cable and electrical over our fireplace so that our flat screen tv could be installed. He did a great job offering solutions to our dilemma of what to do with the surround sound and cable boxes as they are bulky and we had no where for them to sit. Bobby worked quickly and efficiently, but made sure to take the time to clean up all of the debris from cutting holes in the wall. Im pretty sure my floor looks cleaner now than before he came today. He even took the initiative to remove the old shelving from the wall so that it wasnt in my way. He did an outstanding job and we will certainly call on him for our electrical needs in the future.

LiveWire eventually fixed our electrical issue, but will not give us a receipt. As he was walking out the door he said "Send me your email address and I will email you your receipt." This was about 2 months ago. When he did not respond to my email, I called. He then said to text him my email address and he would send the receipt. That was over a month ago. Since then I have sent 2 text requests and left 2 voicemails...all with NO RESPONSE. If you are going to gurantee your work, you should not have a problem giving us a receipt!!!!

He was very professional and went above and beyond for my project. He was very prepared and his knowledge was above any others that came to bid. He was on time and did a great job of communicating with me during the progress of the job. I am beyond satisfied with his performance and professionalism. I would recommend his work and trust him in my mothers home. I am a former contractor and know this business well, he would be welcome to work on any of the homes I build, especially mine.

I needed an electrician and googled the ones near me. I happened to call 10 minutes before Livewire was about to close and got Bobby, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and said he would come do my job first thing in the morning. Bobby was right on time, he was extremely nice and he knew what he was doing. Bobby ran a 110 line in less than a half hour and im now enjoying my new gas stove. EXCELLENT. I called in a pinch after overloading our outdoor electrical. Although it was a busy holiday weekend and I was calling at the last minute, Bobby took the time out of his packed schedule to patiently walk me through the fix on the phone and suggest an alternate lighting configuration. He literally saved the party our family was hosting that evening for 200 people. And to boot I wasnt charged a thing. True professionalism and service.

Bobby came out to just to perform an inspection of our new furnace installation. He spotted that we needed a bigger breaker. Not only did he get one and install it, he spotted a recent electrical outlet that had been put in by another company that was not to code. He had a new outlet on his truck and replace it for free. Went overboard to not just do his job, but to make someone elses good. Thats customer service. Above and beyond in our book.

Needed coaxial run throughout my two story home. The team came out the same day I called to assess the situation and returned the following day to complete the job. Price was competitive compared to other quotes I received. The team also fixed a wiring problem with my electrical after an impromptu request. During and after the visit they educated me on what was being done. Will definitely use this service again.

Our kichen was a plain, dark cave of a space. Mr. Lynn assured us recessed lights would change everything. It sure did!!! After quickly installing 4 recessed lights in the space, it was revamped. The lights added brighter light and a new charm to the kitchen. We are so happy with the results. We had Mr. Lynn come back to put a recessed light in our hallway as well.
