I went to smart style on my vacation to Wilmington,and the manager of the store cut my hair and ruined it. She took chunks out one side and the other was 2 inches longer. A 3 yr old couldve done better. I had to then cut all my hair off and have to tuck one side behind my ear because she messed it up so bad. The district manager offered my money back ,wow thats gonna make my hair look decent. Ill never get a haircut there again if my life depends on it.

We asked for a haircut and the lady cut the hair in a different haircut not only that she left it uneven and you could really see the differences where she cut it and it was very crooked overall I wouldnt recommend getting a hair cut there
