Worst Experience EVER! The stylist was so rude. I will be calling customer service tomorrow since they are not open today. There was no manager on duty to speak with. The stylist refused to give her name so that I could report it when calling the 800 number. She was unbelievably rude! I will never patronize that establishment again!

RUDE! I walked in to get a trim. No one there acknowledged me so I sat down. Another person walked in. A older women working there than glared at me and him didnt say a word. Than she did it again I than got up and left. Dont go there!
