Wow!! This is what you imagine when going to a salon to get pampered! I personally dont know a lot about hair and style so it is always a stressful experience getting my hair done. Luckily, here at Greater than Sparrows I immediately felt at ease. The inside of the salon is very clean, warm, and inviting. You really get the feeling that the stylists enjoy working here. Sammie was my stylist and she really delivered! Like I said, Im definitely not a professional when it comes to hair but even with my vague description of what I wanted, she gave me "The most gorgeous hair color! Ive never seen your hair look so great!"- this is the response from my Boyfriend when I came home. There were so many unexpected added touches like the reclining and massaging chairs when they wash your hair, amazing hair care products that made my blonde hair feel softer than ever, and my favorite- a warm damp cloth that she placed on my head/forehead after washing my hair. I was completely blown away!! After visiting another salon in the area (paying the same price and feeling in the way and as though they couldnt wait for me to leave so they could take my money) this experience blew me away! I am so thankful that I found my new salon!! Before my visit was finished, I was already looking forward to my next visit! Not only is this an amazing salon, but I guarantee you will leave feeling like you just made new friends with everyone working there. I am sure that whether you know exactly what you want or are open to suggestions- you will leave feeling brand new, energized, and rocking a gorgeous style!

I would not recommend going if you have thick hair. The hair stylist, C. (didnt think I should put her full name), had a way of thinning out hair that I have never seen done before. She twists your hair then thins chomps closer to scalp then down the twist of your hair. After doing this all over my head, she turned me around and used the flat iron to "curl" my hair. I never where it curled. I couldnt see how the cut looked. I didnt like it curled but that is ok, it will wash out. The next day I washed my hair and cried. My hair is uneven all over my head with short spots all over my head. One side is very unbalanced compared to the other. The back is really choppy. I flat ironed all my hair hoping it would would look better. Nope. I cried. My hair was cut on Saturday. I called Sunday at 10 am and left a voice mail. No one has called back. I have never called to let know I wont be coming back before or cried over a hair cut. .I would not go here if you have thick hair.

Very disappointed with my visit to this salon. I found a good deal on keratin treatment and haircut at this salon and decided to give it a try after reading good reviews. As you know, keratin treatments take around 3 hours and You have to wait 3 days before washing it. I followed all the instructions they provided and when I washed it, I hardly saw any difference in my hair. Ive been doing keratin treatments every 4-5months for almost 3years, I even tried to do it home once and was never disappointed like this time. It is only comparable to my hair after the second month of a proper keratin treatment! Im not sure if theyre using a cheap product because it was a groupon deal or its always the case with their $250 normal charge, but I would certainly not going to waste my money on it here. The haircut I received was not that terrible but it was not close to what I requested the stylist to do. I highly recommend that you consider ANOTHER place for similar services.

The staff is amazing!! They are very attentive and happy to answer any and all questions you may have, no matter how simple you think they may be. Their services range from hair salon to the latest and greatest contouring and injections from highly trained staff and top notch machines. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome services! Everyone who works there is extremely nice, professional, outgoing and friendly. I go in there for my regular haircut/beard trim and I always leave feeling amazing! I love the laser Lipo spray tan and pedicures. Great prices customer service and I highly recommend this place to anyone .
