Sitting here taking a break from work with my kids and I think I just witnessed the saddest thing I have ever seen A man walked in and ask the lady at the counter for their old rice or old food that they were going to throw away, another lady from the back comes out and tells him to leave and never come back or she will call the police I sat here in amazement as to what just happened And as we got up to buy him a meal she rushed him out She then comes and apologizes to us and says she sees him sleeping near the hospital all the time, I look at her in what I know is disgust We finished our meal and boxed up all of our extras That we purposely set aside because at this point I will not give a other dime to this business but we did want to make sure the man at least had something to eat tonight As my kids head to the door I walk back to the counter and quietly let her know anyone could be in that position at any second and he was only asking for scraps, and I wasnt bothered by the man but I was deeply bothered by her actions And so were my kids Wow Im still amazed Just so so sad

I wont say their perfect. But Ive ordered from them many times. Always general tso/sweet nd sour chicken from the lunch/dinner special or crab sticks or scallops nd fried donuts. So far those foods have been great. Ive had their dumplings and they taste pretty good,Ive also had their crab Rangoon which taste super great. The delivery guy is also super nice and doesnt pressure you into giving him a tip,which is a plus. The food also arrives on time,make sure to ask for your (the amount depends on your orders) fortune cookies, Chinese places these days forget. The woman who answers the phone is really friendly also.

Have been eating here since I moved to the area. Usually eat in every two weeks or so. I would always give this restaurant a score of 5. My last visit was last night. I ordered Human Chicken. Sauce was clubby in the vegtable and pieces were cold. So Im sitting there picking at the meal and thinking about returning it to the counter and it comes one of the cooks with mob bucket and mob. I have him the look of disgust and he started mopping. It has so much clorex in the water I had to leave. It was not closing time! I am 70 and was concerned about slipping and falling.

Just left there an the sister with the glasses on was rude and I put my money in her hand and she gave me back my change on counter wow i say i handed too you u should had done same but she was rude when I walk in told her my name for order an she say what did u order an i told her she act like she no what I say an i ask was it ok an she say i no take your order it was my sister is told the sister she was been rude and she say no she not an i guess in this case customers not right .wish her ma was there cause she much nice

I love this place. Its fast, inexpensive, the service is friendly, the food is consistently good, and the portions are huge. Ive read other reviews that have complained about the food quality, but, cmon. Seriously - if you are looking for fancy Chinese cuisine, do you really think you are going to get it at a place that serves you your meal in a box? Get over yourself. These people serve a good, honest meal. My kids look forward to take-out from Kowloon every time. Give it a shot.

This food was so bad and flavorless, I almost threw it out. I dont remember the last time I had Chinese food this bad. I think this is Chinese food by way of Nebraska...The service was adequate at best, the menu though promising failed to satisfy, and the food quality seems almost like an oxymoron just writing that. I will not be returning to this place, Id rather learn to make it all myself.

I was picking up a to-go order and asked for a cup of water to go. The lady at the counter refused to give me a plastic lid for the cup, saying that lids were for "dine-in" customers only. Besides being horribly cheap (what do they cost, two cents??) and rude, wouldnt it make more sense to give customers getting drinks to-go a lid?

We have lived in Winston Salem for 8 years. We have tried every Chinese place around and believe me when I telll you this the best , most consistant place in town. They actually listen when you order. For instance we ask for no onions other places this is the one that listens. Check it out. You wont be sorry.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I came down from the New ENGLAND colony to visit my old folks and they recommend me to go here. The nice girl with the glasses up at the front is very friendly and kind. This place is always busy. I cant believe the kind girl is always working very hard and she needs a break!!!!

I wrote an excessively angry review about this place several years ago so Im updating it. Recently tried it again and while I am still not a fan of the brown sauce they drench everything in, it wasnt so bad. The people who work there are very nice and the fortune cookies met my expectations.

This place is a staple with me and my friend now for 3years and counting we love the service and everything is always fresh and flavorful.The young lady at the counter is always courteous and corrects me promptly if I mispronounce a menu item .lol.love this place.Eat Here.

I give them a 5+ the food is great. The people are very attened and pleasant. The limon pepper wings are the BEST ! And their fried dumplings are awesome too ! Ive been going there for a min and they girls are so nice at the front desk. Great place over all !

Our food and experience here was perfect. We were in a snowstorm when we visited and everyone was so pleasant and courteous. The food is authentic and delicious. The owner Tony came out to check on us and we enjoyed our conversation with him

This is the best take out chinese place I have found yet for the money. Speedy service, very polite and good owners. Empire chicken is excellent. If you dont want frills you can eat in as well. This is just a simple place and worth it.

I normally eat here all the time. Food is always good, but I was disturbed when I seen one of the cooks drop the food on the floor, picked it up and put it with the rest of the food to be cooked!!! I will not be going back ....
