If I could give this place a 0 I would. I wish I had read the reviews before I came. I used the Rapid Pickup to order my lunch 10 minutes before I would come to the store in order to give the people enough time so I could be in and out since I had to go right back to work. I got there, stood by where it said Rapid pick up since I did not see my order. I WAS ASKED BY ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES IF I WAS THERE FOR A PICK UP! Each one of them asked me for my name BUT NONE OF THEM STARTED THE ORDER! I was standing there FOR 10 MINUTES waiting to get my order when I finally see someone starting my panini but since they took forever to start it, I had to be back to work! It was absolutely ridiculous I ordered at 11:30 and they didnt start making my sandwich until 12! I just went to the cashier and told them to cancel my order. Called the manager after I got off work, she was nice, but I feel like customers such as myself should be handled differently because there seems to be a lot more disgruntled customers than there should be. All the manager was doing was saying sorry didnt offer anything to make up for all of the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. All in all I will not be going back to this Panera and wouldnt break a sweat driving a farther distance to go to a different Panera location.

Unfortunately Im right next door to this location. The customer service is worse than bad. Id rather stop at another location in the mornings. Your greeted with a sense of frustration, with an Eeyore facial expression, and a lack of enthusiasm from the morning crew. They seem to have to tell each other what to do as if everyone is a new employee and they get upset with other. You chose to fill out the application to work here no one forced you. The doors were locked this morning at 7:45am as I and another customer stood at the door like WTF. Someone came to the door and said they were closed because the water was off (WTF again I thought) She asked if either one of us had placed a rapid order. The other customer did which she received her order at the door as I was told I couldnt come in. At this point my brain was royally discombobulated as I asked my self walking away "WTH just happened". So many negative thoughts rushed through my mind but I kept my cool. I eventually tested again and placed a rapid order (first time) five minutes later and picked up my order shortly after where the doors were eventually unlocked and customers inside. WTH just happened Im still thinking... Either way this location needs to step it up as my experience today was the straw that broke the camels back.

I stopped in on 08-20-16 at about 9:00 PM. Claudia took my order...I didnt feel welcomed by her at all, she wasnt very friendly. I ordered a salad with French bread...she rang me up and gave me my change, I said thank you, and stood there confused not sure where to go to pick up my food. I then realized I should have ordered a drink, so I asked Claudia for a cup of water..she handed me a cup, and I think she turned around or something, and AGAIN I stood there confused not knowing where the fountain was, But after walking around I figured everything out. So I pick up my food from Sebastian and I noticed there was no French bread, but an apple instead..I asked Sebastian about the French bread, and he apologized and explained they were out...so I guess he assumed he could could give me an apple and no explanation about not having bread, and that would be the end of it. I was really disappointed with the service , and I wont be coming back.

08/30/2016 at 7:02 it was my first time, when to Panera Bread and I dont know but my experience was not good at all., I Order *Frontega chicken pan *Bowl bistro Ons soup and bowl of chicken soup my recib was $14.61 so i didnt look up my order I ask the girl please put my chicken soup in different bag, so she say ok, so when she give my order i see my ons soup was no there, ask where is my other soup, I ordered two soup I have 3 orders and she say you did not order chicken soup, but she say is there, go go, I told them I did not come here for free food charge me if you forget my order , they pretty much just ignore, like just leave, and Im very sure I did orden chicken soup if you have camera you can look up because im not crazy (7:02 Pm) 08/30/2016 orden# 540. I dont think i will go back again, and I know they dont care or maybe dont need my business and I understand, but one thing is I can go anywhere I want to go, I dont need this.

A handy place to go for a quick bite of lunch or dinner. While some of the soups are great - I really like the black bean - others taste like they came from a can. I love French Onion and am pretty discriminating about it. Its not one that I get here. The bread has great flavor, but I always find the crust to be tough instead of crunchy. I do love some of the sandwiches and paninis. They also make some really good salads. The pastries are generally about average. I dont consider the bagels to really be bagels, the texture is more like a loaf of bread, but that doesnt mean I dont like them. I just put them in a different class. The cinnamon crunch bagel is a sweet treat and some of the seasonal (like pumpkin) are a nice change from the usual.

Prepare to get the wrong order if you change an order in any way. They pretty much just ignore you then give you attitude for having to change it. I said no chicken and went back when they had put chicken in my salad. I took my food to go since I was already late going back to work because of their mess up. When I opened my salad it was obvious they had just picked the chicken off. There were pieces of chicken still in the salad. This has happened twice. Once I called the order in and the girl at the register still made me wait in the long lunch line. This place is awful and the employees do not care at all.

I love Panera food but my last two visit were horrible. This particular location has poor customer service. The order got messed up and I was the only person in the line. The staff shows a lack of enthusiasm. The staff should receive education on proper customer service skills. It is the little stuff that counts. It does not hurt to smile and make eye contact. It is very simple to direct customer to where they can pick up their food or find condiments. Im not saying the staff has to kiss butt. However, simple kindness would make a difference.

I placed an online order for delivery a little after 12:00 pm, the wait time said 35-45 min. i expected it to be a little longer due to some heavy rain. 1:15 pm still no food so i called the 855 costumer care # and was told that it left the cafe 5 min. ago and it should be here any minute. 1:45 pm still no food, so i called back and cancelled the order, . 4:10 pm and 2hrs after i cancelled my order the driver shows up with my order which i of course refused since i had to make other arrangements.
