Awesome customer service and technicians! Furnace went out yesterday morning and several other places I called indicated they would not get to me until next week sometime as we live about 30 miles out of town. Called Precision and they were able to get someone out to me the same day to diagnose what was wrong. Unfortunately they did not have the part needed to fix on the spot, but were able to locate the part and come back out the next day to get the furnace up and running today which was fine as we had off-peak electric backup heat to keep the house decent enough.

Burned Audacity
My family called them when our heat went out. Made an appointment and everything. The commercial advertises them being reliable and on time, they never showed up. We were sitting freezing in our house waiting for some guy who never came. Called D&B electric from Casselton and he came the next day and fixed everything for us! So I would give zero stars for zero service but I need to put one star to post my review.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called on a hot day, when most A/C repair companies could not make a service call for a couple days, or would charge a premium for immediate service. Precision fixed my A/C one hour after I called them! And the total bill was $129 (the malfunctioning part was a cheap one, but still, thats amazing).
