My contractor hired and hopefully after my experience he will never use them again. Plummer thought he was coming out for estimate instead of work postponed by Reddi from earlier. Took two days to put in washer dryer connection. Left roof vent uncovered for weekend. Relocated plug without asking where resident wanted and of course it is more inconvenient. Drilled through house truss and had a spill which they tried to clean before telling resident. Took 3 weeks before they could cone clean carpet. Plummer never turned in trouble report despite contractor asking and supposed to be electronic. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

We had some problems with our AC last year. Reddi took care of us, but the issue resurfaced this year. After a few phone calls we were connected with an employee named Isaac who treated us very well. We appreciate his care and professionalism with our situation. Courteous, kind and understanding to our needs and our budget. Thank you for making things right! All companies run into issues. If you have a problem with this one, you can rest assured they will treat you with respect and make things right for you too. Thats customer service today not easy to find.

A service call was made and the technician arrived on Sunday evening. I had a meeting to go to so I credit card paid in advance. 30 minutes later the tech called back and said the line was too full of roots and feared the cable would get stuck. After being charged $216 dollars and knowing that I was not happy with the service, Tommy Stevens, the owner, called me and credited back my charge. After discussing the difficult situation with him, and knowing that they have helped me before, they would still be a great company to call on. Thanks Tommy!

I had a sewer back up occur on a weekend. I was fretting about the mess, not knowing when it would get resolved (which meant no water usage until then), and having to take off work to meet with the technician. Thankfully, I called on Sunday morning to discover that they had someone available that day and didnt charge over time rates. We were so fortunate! The technician was prompt and courteous and very careful to lay down rugs over the carpet and in bathroom to minimize mess. Charged what they quoted for the job and I felt it was reasonable.

Called on Wednesday night because my AC went out. Reddit was the only company that had 24 hour service so I could call and make an appointment. I made the appointment for the next day between 10am-12pm. Got a call from Reddi that they had an appointment canceled and could they be there in 20 minutes...of course! Technician by the name of Cole showed up and within minutes had it diagnosed and fixed. I highly recommend Reddi and will use them for all future calls! Thanks Reddi!

This company tried to overcharge us for a plumbing job. Got a second quote that was only a fourth of what reddi was going to charge. Other company was a well qualified licensed plummer not sure reddis guy even knew what he was talking about. Disappointed because we had used them before and were very happy with that experience. We will never call Reddi again had some other services scheduled cancelled all appointments.

I have used their plumbing and air conditioning services for the last few years and they have always been top notch and their prices are very competitive. Their staff have always been professional. They havent done any quick/bad fixes which necessitate follow-up visits. The get the job done and they get the job done correctly. And they are always fast and prompt. They are a great asset for the community.

Adam Benero and his assistant Bill were wonderful. Adam had called and given me a time that they expected to be there and they were right on time. They did a good job and explained everything as they worked; they finished quickly, cleaning up after themselves also. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them, and not hesitate to call again in future.

As a former employee of Reddi Industries and several other plumbing companies in the Wichita area, I have to say that Even though they are not always the best company to work for, they have the number one customer service in the industry! I wouldnt have anyone else do work on my property, assuming it was something I couldnt do myself.

Ive used Reddi for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. They always show up on time and prepared to handle the problem. They are respectful and they present themselves well and always explain what they are going to do and what they have done. They explain the charges clearly too!

Terrible experience. Plumbers were half a day late even though we confirmed the time-frame more than once. They forgot about us, never called back to give a status update when they said they would and tried to overcharge. Would not recommend or use again.
