We were in an emergency situation, we called around and finally called Texas Star Services at 5:30 on a Friday night. Kevin said he was on a job, but could be there around 7 pm. Right at 7 pm he showed up. Kevin checked a few things, then went straight to our garage panel, after a quick test he told us to call Oncor immediately. We didnt have an electrically problem in the home but somewhere with the wires underground. HE WAS RIGHT, at 4:30 am we had full power again. Most electricians would have raked us over the coals for a call out a 7 pm, but Kevin charged us a minimal trip fee and left. Thanks, Kevin we will be calling you again. Thanks, The Ballester Family

Stop cold calling me! Two days in a row, once at bedtime and now on a holiday!!!! Ridiculous! It is solicitation and Im not going to put up with it! You have no reason to just be calling people in the neighborhood! We have no need for your services and I told you as much last night and just now. Do not call me again!
