Firstly, I asked for an "Energy Star Rheem Water Heater when I called them. They said they didnt carry Rheem, but they had Bradford White heaters and they were superior. I asked if they had Energy Star Bradford White and they said "yes, and we will bring one out first thing in the morning at 7:30." We had been without hot water for two days and I was hoping for them to go ahead but said ok. The following day, I received a call that the energy star model was not there yet, the supplier would have some later in the morning between 10 and 11:00. I said ok. Around noon they came and started installation. Later the plumber came to the door and said "I have good news and bad news." The bad news is that the Bradford White isnt energy star! I had a $200 rebate for energy star water heaters! This seemed like a bait and switch to me. I asked the difference in price between the energy star and regular Bradford White and he said $300. The price I had agreed to was for the energy star model. The manager agreed to deduct $400 from the price, but considering I had already been charged extra for the energy star...there was already an over charge of $300, plus Im out the rebate of $200. It may have been an honest mistake but it was a sloppy one. They did do a good job on the installation.

AJ is super knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new tankless water heater. Billy, AJs apprentice, was nice and went out of his way to explain things to my very curious and nosy 6 yr old. Keeley, in the office, was friendly and knowledgeable as well. She made sure we were aware of the ATMOS rebate and actually cared about our sense of urgency. Tioga was the first company that got to our house the day our water heater went out and got us up and running quickly. We called 8 plumbers the day our water heater went out and Tioga made us a priority. Excellent service!

Tioga Contractors deserve a 5+ rating across the board! You may ask, how do we know this? We have lived in multiple states and in multiple homes in the past few decades. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of home service needs. Tioga is highly skilled from the booking of the appointments, to being not only on time but a little bit early, and as for the service, excellent, expedient, clean and thorough. We all look for any company that will under promise and over deliver. We know they are not unique, but we do know that Tioga is rare in that they have certainly proven that they deliver!

I have used Tioga on three separate occasions. They are now my contractors for life! Very professional, extremely fair prices, and efficient repair times. I never had difficulty scheduling an appointment, and once they actually checked with me because they were in the neighborhood in the evening the day before my appointment. I happened to be available and the repair was completed early. They refuse to charge me for excessive repairs other contractors told me I would "need" and I just need that kind of honesty in a contractor. Thank you Tioga!!

When I called I was told they would come out and give an estimate and I could say yes or no. However once the electrician was here, he said there is a $165 "diagnostic fee . He then went on to explain that this is the hourly rate and if the work could be done during this visit the fee would cover it. He was able to complete my job and advised me on a couple of other issues, so I didnt have to pay more. I just wish I had been told the fee when I made the appointment. Chris did a good job and I would use this company again.

They came and did a good job. But it was a day late. The first day they came, the electrician came alone saying he hadnt read the full report of what needed to be done and he was going to have to bring a helper. He did return the next day with a helper and the job was done. But really, dont you think for accurate work he should have read the whole job detail so hed know how many people to bring out the first time around. That would have impressed me more.

I will never use Tioga plumbing again and I have share my experience with my network on social media. Tioga plumbing is a rip off! $140. To replace the rubber cap in my tootle bowl. I paid it out of desperation stop my toilet from leaking and I didnt have time to take off from work again to contract someone else. But Tioga plumbing will never see another penny from me. Spend that $140 well. Outrageous!

The service was performed in an extremely professional manner. The repairmen arrived on time and completed the work, in my opinion, extremely fast. I had a slab leak, and Terry from Tioga pluming came out and fixed our issue. He has decades of experience, and he was able to reroute a new line else where, instead of having to breakup the slab. I am super thankful for his knowledge and experience. He was very up front and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

Once it was finally determined what the problem was, the plumbers that actually did the work were knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job of repair and cleanup. If we have any other problems we will request that Johnny be the one to come out.

For the most part it was good. They forgot to order the glass for the shower door they were going to replace and I had to call them 3 times for the status of my repairs. What was suppose to take one week took three.
