Our home and pool equipment took an indirect hit from a lightning storm recently and we needed some work done. Zach and Russell arrived on time, inspected our home and outside pool equipment. They helped walk us through everything step by step. Prices were always upfront, never changed, and no work was performed without us approving it first. I have to say that I am more than impressed by their professionalism, honesty, courtesy, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Zach and Russell did an amazing job for us and I could not be happier with their work. And trust me, I watched and asked questions every step of the way. (Thank you both for your patience!) The pool equipment electrical looks fantastic! The connections in our control panel for the pool look very professional and clean. For Type-A personalities, these are the guys you want working on your equipment or home. We had a tiny issue with the new spa light they installed. BUT, I called TLC and Zach came out and had it properly working in no time! He even went the extra mile to look over everything and make sure the rest of the system was still functioning correctly. He is absolutely a class act without a doubt! From now on, Zach is the only electrician that will work on our home or our pool equipment. He has definitely earned our trust. I truly lucked out finding an electrician with my same attention to detail standards. I cant thank him enough for the peace of mind we have knowing that our home and pool are better protected. I already have plans for more stuff this summer! I cant forget Monica and Jennifer - you ladies are fantastic and it was a pleasure to talk with both of you. Thank you TLC!

I had TLC Electric out today for an estimate to replace my Federal Pacific electrical panel. This is a job that typically costs between $1,700 and $2,500. I had it done in my last house by Milestone Electric for $2,200 but that also included a lot of extras. TLC Electric quoted me, Im not kidding, $8,373. That is the most ridiculous estimate Ive ever gotten for any work performed on any house that Ive owned in my life. When I received the estimate I literally thought that it was a joke and that maybe I was on a camera show of some kind. Nope. Thats really what they wanted. They charged me almost $70 just to come out and give me this asinine quote. I wouldnt give this company my business if they were the only electricians in the world. It would be cheaper for me to go to school to become an electrician myself. They wanted to charge me $4,400 for the box itself, which I can purchase at Home Depot for $225. Unbelievable. Outrageous. Four hours after they came I had another company come out and they replaced my box for $1,650.

I ordered an awesome Intercom system Almost A Year ago, from TLC ELECTRIC.. When they showed up to install, I noticed the 2 Men walked around like they were lost or had no idea what to do. I was told The Master Electrician would be here but instead was a electrician helper. They charged several $$$Thousand Dollars $$$$ and to this Date 06/13/17 its still Not Working and the Job is UNFINISHED!!! The Owner stated he would return to replace or fix the issue.. Here it is a year later and Not One attempt has been made to call or come to fix the intercom... His wife Threaten to sue for Stopping Payment on Unfinished equipment and work.... This Company wants your money but they dont care about the service they provide, which is highway robbery....Not one person from TLC ELECTRIC has had the decency to make things right or come back with the equipment to finish the job. This intercom is stuck on my wall just for looks.... No One should have to go thru that!!!! Warning DONT CALL TLC ELECTRIC!!! ALL THEY WANT IS TO CHEAT AND LIE!!!!

Called TLC Saturday night for scheduled service on Sunday. Their add states there are electricians available today (Sunday) but when we talked with their answering service, she said they would return our call Monday morning at 8:30am. We told her the website states 24/7. She said her "script" didnt state that and she didnt know anything about that. She said she would put a note on line requesting Sunday service. No one has called. We had a breaker that could not be reset and half the house had lost power. If their add is inaccurate, I dont know what kind of service would follow. I will NOT be using them in the future. If they cant help during an emergency, I dont need them when I do upgrades on the home.

I enthusiastically endorse TLC Electrical! I had a nightmarish situation with some obviously substandard electrical work on an entire house remodel. TLC gave me a quote up front and stuck to their quote despite the job being much more complicated and time-consuming than they had anticipated. I am so grateful for their thoroughness and attention to every detail. I can finally rest easy that everything is completed and done to code. They are not the cheapest guys around -- but they are the most professional, courteous, and accomplished. James, Phillip and Dennis were a delight to work with. I will never use any other electrical company.

TLC electrical came to my home to install a ceiling fan and a small chandelier. I could not be more pleased with my experience. From the moment the Phillip entered my home he demonstrated courtesy, competency, and efficacy. He even put on shoe covers to protect my new wood floors. They offer upfront pricing before any work is performed and I was able to take advantage of special offers/coupons they provide on their website which saved me money. And, during installation my input was sought and utilized to ensure satisfaction. In sum, I will definitely call TLC Electrical in the future. Congratulations on delivering excellent customer service.

Terrible company and terrible service. They quoted a price for an estimate then when the guy showed up he tried to charge more, saying that we have to buy a membership. The electrician who showed up was very rude and his estimate was $30K above some other estimates we got. This is a terrible company and I would suggest that you not do business with them. After we decided we would not use them they would not put on there at our landscape lights are out since they realized that we would not give them the business, as such their quote was totally useless.

Love my updates I had a pending inspection scheduled to look at my electrical in my home. It is fairly new construction and we have had some breaker issues. While here we discussed several upgrades I wanted to have done and to my amazement they not only could do them, they were able to do them the very same visit while already there! And to further add to this, the projects were complex. They completed everything in that same visit and by 5 pm! I have another project ready to go soon!

I had TLC come out to my home to give me some estimates and perform some work. They were able to install my TV mount and hang my TV, add another outlet behind it, as well as install several additional outlets. The electrician that came out also showed me the fast charging USB outlets, so I had some installed in my guest room!! Super cool. Great customer service, efficient work, and a quality job all the way around. Will definitely be using TLC in the future.
