Horrible. I hope this company gets a lot of work from builders like Dr horton, because they have been to my home about 6 times now. They were the original installer for our neighborhood and ALL homes have electrical problems, I swear to God. They will not come the same day or even I 24 hours unless it is elan emergency, they do not give a 30 min call before showing up or bring booties, employees do not speak English and as SOON as my warranty is up in 2 months I will go get another electrical company and wire for regular wires. I plug in a gairdryer, vacuum I etc and I have to go trip the breaker, employee said it is 15 amp or something l... regular is 60, right????? Just stupid and uncaring all the way around. Do not use a cookie cutter like this that has a "builder needs to be taken care of not the homeowner" attitude...

Buyer beware. Crest electric installed electric in our home and our kitchen has been plagued with electrical problems. Outlets went out 18 months ago. They sent a tech over who not only looked methed out, but ignored safety protocol as he replaced one outlet without even killing the power from the box. He then failed to so much as check anything else. 18 months later and we now have the same issue. Only difference now is it is out of warranty. Crests response? Well you can pay for a service charge for use to come out. Crest electric. Why would I pay for shoddy work, when you cant even fix the warranty work?
