My review of this place could appear biased since I had the privilege to work here for a few days. When I entered this placed I set myself the high standards that everyone else around me had: treating the customer as best as possible. I had trouble answering the phone the first day as I was nervous but I very quickly learned that my purpose was to help the customer have a satisfactory experience- and thats exactly what I strived to do. After seeing all that goes on to selling breakers I now appreciate this business and can say that its one of the best. Ill be glad to assist this business in future days.

Service sucked.....go in to see if they have breaker.....did not have breaker.....gentlemen at counter looked at breaker wrote info down.....took my phone number and name.....said he would call me that afternoon....did not get a call....this all was on Wednesday and I waited till Friday morning to call....girl on phone asked who I ordered it from....I did not get his name....she transferred me to a man....he wanted to know description of breaker....I told him I did not have it but they took my name and phone number along with info from breaker.......NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

GREAT PLACE TO FIND BREAKERS THAT NOBODY ELSE HAS ANYMORE.FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL AND THEY KNOW THERE STUFF.LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE THAN GRAINGER ON SOME BREAKERS.THEY ARE WORTH THE TRIP TO PANTEGO..
