Do NOT use this company! It is a scam! Promised to save 40% and that is not true at all! We have had the panels and foam for almost 2 years, I would say we save about $10-20 a month and I think that is just because we are paying less for energy! We have done everything to get the bill down, it is not like we just crank the AC up because we have the panels, everything in the house is the same from before the panels went up. They promised to add more panels if we didnt save 40%, they promised to comp the difference if we did not save 40%. No one will call back or respond to emails. Been trying to call for a year. BBB in FT Worth TX is warning people of this company due to complaints of the same nature as mine. If you read what the employees say on Glassdoor about this company it is just scary! It is too bad that I did not do more research at the time.

We were promised at 40% savings and after a year havent seen that!! We were told 5 panels would handle the house and 10 would give excess to sell back. Each panel only produces .9 amps at 220 volts, that only produces 9 amps of power, our pool pump uses 8 amps, not the promised saving!!! The whole package we purchased ( based on their sales pitch) was radiant barrier ( which has helped) and solar powered attic fans. for a major investment to save $300.00 a year it is going to take 17 years for the this system to pay back!! We had a meeting with their who promised a resolution after Christmas, no follow up as have since found out he has left, just like other contacts with this company, dont walk away from this company RUN!!

My parents installed panels from Global Efficient Energy. We live in Texas so naturally, its super hot almost all year. Warm weather means higher electricity bills. As of right now, theyre saving almost 60%! Its incredible. They didnt see savings right away though so we had someone come out and help us understand the small adjustments we had to make in order to see a lower bill every month. They have great customer service and are so excited when we send them our bills every month.

I had solar panels installed on my house in August 2015. This past September 2016 I found out that the panels were never turned on. I contacted the company several times about the issue and no one is returning any of my calls. I called today to find out that my number had be blocked from calling the company. Ive been very patient with this company. Also, this isnt the first time Ive written a review. I dont know what else to do but seek legal advise.

They sent out a guy to show us all the ways we can improve our home to insure lower energy cost but also add some more value to our property. Certainly was a pleasant experience for us. We can see that they have made corporate changes to better the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Called to inquire about solar energy and renewable energy in general. They were super knowledgeable!! Answered all my questions and even shared some valuable energy tips with me. I didn’t end up getting solar but I was impressed with how great the staff was even though I didn’t buy anything. I can tell they are eager to educate homeowners about renewable and more efficient energy!

Sales and installation went well but as soon as I released the money from the finance company they stopped answering the phone or returning my calls. I tried to stop by their listed address in Fort Worth but it was closed. As I was leaving I noticed that they seem to have just moved a block down to 2422 Gravel Dr. However, that office also appears to be closed.

We really had a wonderful experience with our solar salesman. The installation of the solar was wonderful. We had a 7kw solar system installed and we have been seeing some good savings from it. Ive been wanting to do this for a long time and everyone we called was just a typical contractor. The company was very informative.

I do not have anything nice to say about this company since they one they screwed me over with what they promised me they were going to do I called him they never return calls or text messages I was supposed to get a $500 rebate up to this date I havent got anything yet so I have had dad experience with global efficient energy

Was set up as energy audit on house and to see federal help was available. Was told new windows was not best way to save on energy bills. Tried to sell solar panels that cost 14,000 as way to save, but I would have cut down large trees that shade my house!

Way over charge, no follow up after installation. Installed solar system n system does not work. Bad custom service, no one answer the phone nor return calls. Try to reach them for over six months..........long story, just bad biz, bad people. Watch out.

I got solar panels and foam done but they failed to submit an application to Oncor sat I can get incentives for my light bill. They just a made a sale and they dont answer phone calls in a timely manner. I doubt we will receive a rebate for signing up

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. BEWARE of this company and their sales practices. They are well rehearsed and have trouble telling the truth about anything. Sales staff will say whatever they have to, to make the sale.

I have been trying to get in touch with them to have panels removed to have new roof installed due to hail storm. They are suppose to remove and replace. Cant get hold of anyone there...Customer Servic e is a total JOKE !!
