What a joke. They dont even deserve one star! I spoke to Samantha for an estimate and got quoted $137.00 an hour everything included no hidden costs. I called back after cancelling another company I had hired that was higher(by $200.00 total) and got a Eileen who took my credit card and scheduled me, it was for a later time then I wanted, but I made the adjustments to save money. Eileen then called me back later(after I adjusted my plans) and said they had not finished the process and needed more information. After giving her the contents and information she needed I heard her say $188.00 an hour. I protested naturally, she said that was the rate, that she didnt calculate everything the first time. I spoke to Nate Willcox the manager who said, "sorry theres nothing I can do, thats our price." He acted like this wasnt the first time he had this complaint. Im sure they just count on people not disputing, or checking. This company bated me in with a low price, had me cancel my other arrangements reschedule my whole move day then switched the price on me after they had my credit card. Shoppers beware! Moving is already stressful the last thing I needed was to waist all this time on the phone, re arrange my schedule only to find out the they were misrepresenting their price from the beginning. I know better than to trust a huge company like this. I got lucky that the first mover I booked (a local mom and pop business) still had a time slot for me.

I dont even want to give them one star. Weve had money and jewelry stolen from our recent move. The manager/supervisor/owner completely ignores our communication. Has no concern or care about our experience. Appalling customer service. The money was stolen on the day packers were packing up our kitchen and downstairs. No one had any business in our bedroom or office - yet over $100 in cash was stolen. What did the supervisor say? It shouldnt have been lying around ($100 was in a money clip on my husbands dresser and a $2 bill was in an office drawer so his people went looking for it). A whole drawer of my jewelry passed down from my grandmother is gone. Gold, diamonds, items of great sentimental value, etc. When I reported it - the company didnt even bother to contact me. What they told the police is that we violated their company guidelines by not having someone with them at all times and thus this whole thing is our fault. Absolutely no customer care. DO NOT USE.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move from Springfield to Kettering. The two guys that were send were really dragging. They walking slowly and joking around. My thought is if I am spending hundreds of dollars for a move. you had better be hauling ass. The move cost me $500.00. They broke the zipper on the cover of my memory foam bed. Also the glass on the keyboard tray of my computer desk was missing. I looked for it for awhile. I did not want to go pointing fingers until I was sure it was really missing. I called the company about it and they said they would investigate it and call me back within two days. I never got a call back. I called two weeks later and they said that they would as the men that did my move when they got back from a run. I never heard back. I called back six weeks later and they told me that it was still under investigation.

We have used them in the past and been more than pleased. Not today , 3 men 8 hours and 1380 dollars later i have noticed a brand new dryer dented and broken aoRt at the top. They carried furniture down stairs upside down and damaged my cabinets as well as items inside. They placed items in wrong sides of the house. We said front room they went to back room. Basement they just placed items where they pleaded no rhyme or reason as well as the items to go in basement bedroom they walked right passed and placed items along wall on opposite side of basement. My daughters boxes that were to go upstairs went down to basement. I did call Jor who says he will send men out tomorrow to take care of items so we will see but. For $1380 I hope they do a little more for all the damaged pieces. Will NEVER use this company again.

We decided to hire Two Men And A Truck primarily because of the wonderful attitude that Joe displayed during our initial meeting. We had not moved in 22 years and were very concerned about finding movers that would demonstrate proper care of our belongings, and he certainly made us feel very comfortable in this regard. Then came packing day and we were introduced to Nate and Jason, who we were told would assume full responsibility for all aspects of our move. As we watched them pack, we were impressed with the care they took in handling our possessions and in their overall mannerisms, however, it was during times of loading and delivery that they really excelled. They were living proof of all Joe represented and we were extremely satisfied and delighted with our choice of movers.

What a great team that came out to move us! They were efficient and very concerned to make sure our belongings were properly wrapped and packed for the move. They kept us informed throughout the entire moving process and paid particular attention to fragile items to insure they would be moved safely. We cannot speak highly enough of the team that moved us, so much so, that we have invited them back to our house warming party and to drop by anytime and bring their families. We would recommend to anyone who is considering moving to use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. When you take into account of time and effort of trying to move yourself, renting a truck and etc. the value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK cannot be beat and for making the move enjoyable! Extremely impressed! We had Michael and James help us move in an apartment. They were careful and thorough with our items. They realized I was stressed about the time I had to move in and really moved quickly. It turned out to be an awful apartment, so we asked to have some help move back out. They were able to come the very next morning. Dane and Steven were aware of how bad this situation with moving in and out again was so they cut down our time by moving even faster while still taking great care of our items. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone!! Everyone was so polite to us and our neighbors. Thank you guys!

This is the 3rd time in 9 years that Ive used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to move my office to a different location in Beavercreek. In each instance, the service provided, timeliness of the move, care taken with furnishings and equipment and the attitude of those doing the work has been excellent. And the price is reasonable. Ive been well pleased with the experience overall with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and with the end result. On this most recent move, Josh and J did an excellent job and were diligent in making sure that the placement of furniture and equipment was exactly where I wanted it. Thank you for a great job!
