I tried to send this feedback to the company in an email on the website but it came back returned. I just wanted to give a little feedback on the experience I had at your salon. I had an appointment Wednesday at 4:45. I left work early and got to your salon. I was told that the person who was suppose to do my facial went home early with a sick child. The next appointment available was 5:15 and I had to wait 30 mins. I was never called, if I was I would not have left work early to get there. Then they ask me how to spell my last name, it was spelled wrong in the system which happens. But they didnt have my phone number to call me. Then I told them that I had a Spawish giftcard. I found this salon on that website. I had never heard of you before. Then I was told that you dont accept them... even though you were on the website. I stood there for a second.. and nothing. Bottom line was that you wont take it. No discount on the service just to keep my business or nothing. You were on the website, I was a little disappointed that something was not worked out. I left and canceled my services. Later I received a call that some how you got added to the website and an apology. I was not impressed. Especially how my appointment was treated to begin with. I was not given much of a reason to come back. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite but how it was all handled was very disappointing.

Like someone else said, this salon is a joke. I called in for wedding services, and at first they seemed very helpful. The girl I spoke with said someone would call me back to discuss. Three weeks later I finally got a call. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and said Ill get back to them with questions. I left a voicemail the next day, and 2 months later Im still waiting to hear back...

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The manger Spencer is a total with. She was more interested in chatting at the desk instead of tending to me needs. When I finally hit her attention she was snooty and rude. Not someone I would want running my salon. Unprofessional. Its unfortunate. I was going to use this salon and spa for my daughters wedding.

I have been to this salon a few times. My hair cut wasnt so great, I probobly wont get a cut there again. I do have to say that the Spa area is really great though. I always go there to get my brows wax. They do a wonderful job and really take their time to do them right. I highly recommend going thier for the Spa, no so much for the salon.

I took a photo of the haircut I wanted and Melissa did a great job duplicating the cut. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and I left happy. I will definitely return. Lauren at the front desk is always courteous and helpful. I have also had spa services there and they always do a nice job.

The back spa area is away from the hair salon. It is nicely decorated and quiet. I have had multiple pedicures here (wonderful) and most recently had a massage that was great! Unlike the other reviewer, I have never run into rude staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. The salon is not half as nice as it seems. Almost everybody I talked to was rude. Not recommended. Get a manicure next store for half the price. UNPROFESSIONAL !
