DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My sister, niece and I went to this spa for a pedicure, manicure and massages, the day before my nieces wedding. First of all I made the appoint for 12, we arrived at 11:45 and the snotty receptionist said that our appointment was at 12:30. I know for sure it was for 12, but we came back at 12:30. We told the receptionist what services we wanted and she said that they could not give my neice a full set of nails. She would not accommodate nor try to fit this service in for the bride-to-be. We walked out and went down the street. Their lost and money, we were willing to spend some serious money in that place. In this time of economic struggle they must not need the business.

This is a beautiful salon with a friendly and accommodating staff that makes you feel like part of their "family" from the moment you walk in the door! I visit this salon regularly for shellac manicures with Barb who does a fantastic job. I have had many, many shellac manicures from various nail salons and although the shellac looked nice, the harsh removal procedures that these other salons used weakened and damaged my nails to the point where they actually hurt. Barb is a consummate professional who has not only brought my nails back to a strong and healthy state but is a perfectionist at applying the shellac and doing it right!

During the past few years, I have been a "regular" at ALL ABOUT YOU in Northfield. I go monthly to have my hair colored, and on a couple of occasions, I had the luxury of having a facial or a massage, wearing one of their comfy robes, and sitting by the fire place. Jen did my hair regularly, and she is a perfectionist. Sherri, the receptionist, would bring me the most delicious herbal teas. Cheri provided the most relaxing massages, and Chris, the owner, would always stop by to see how everything was going. When I left, I felt like a "new person." Make sure you stop by and experience "All About You" for yourself. Anne

I call myself a massage snob. Took forever to find a good massage therapist here in Cleveland OH. Sherri at All About You Salon & Spa in Northfield/Macedonia Ohio is amazing!!! She is very in tune to the body and uses a variety of techniques to soothe away the pain and stress. She always ends her sessions with hot stones, at first I was a bit skeptical but love love love the special ending these hot rocks perform. The salon itself is really peaceful and the folks there are friendly. Highly recommend this place for all salon and spa services.

I would think a salon that markets themselves with a title of being all about you would somewhat hold up to their name. That is not the case at this place. I got a shampoo/haircut/style and it was probably the worse experience I ever had, not to mention the overpriced service for the quality they offer! The stylist was stuck up, unpleasant and had no experience in any sort of style suggestions. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this not about you experience!

I went to this Spa because it was close and I badly needed a massage. Its hard to say what if it was a massage or not. Ones Ive had in the past were much more thorough and actually relieved my muscle tension and put me at ease. This was more like paying someone to just lather me with lotion instead. Im really trying to think of something to say that would be a positive point . . . but nothing is really coming to mind.

Phenomenal facial in a beautiful venue. The spa aesthetician Caralyn is incredibly knowledgeable. I have never had such amazing results. She has educated me on skin care and provided a solid daily skin regime for me to follow. After going to multiple dermatologists and searching for the perfect product I finally found my answer!!! I will never go anywhere else. A completely relaxing, top notch experience.

I previously went to a different hair place down the road from All About You, until the hairstylist cut an unwanted set of layers into my hair. I decided to try out All About You instead, and was extremely pleased! Scott is always fun to talk with and he makes sure to give you the best cut/style possible. He fixed my previous mess of a haircut and now I love it!

Ask for Karen Bonkers or Scott Alexander - they work with you and Its ALL ABOUT YOU - You will walk out looking like the best version of you - not like a WANT A BE of someone else. Both Karen & Scott are also fun and entertaining.- its like getting free entertainment with salon styling!

All About You offers upscale beauty services at an affordable price. (I won’t trust my facial care to anyone else!) The salons decor is enchanting, the staff is very kind & knowledgeable. Please check it out, it’s well worth the drive!

All About you salon and spa has a professional atmosphere with satisfying prices. I would not go anywhere else for waxing. The salons aesthetician makes a point to know my sensitive skin and uses wax that causes the least irritation.
