Went in for a trim in January and ended up with the right half of my hair about an inch shorter than the left (not on purpose, mind you), but I have fairly long hair so it wasnt that noticeable. For your first visit they send you home with a baggie of coupons and free samples so I ended going back again. I asked to have about two inches trimmed and also to have the length evened up a bit. I thought all was well until I was brushing my hair out later that night and noticed that a large chunk of my bottom layer is about two inches longer than the rest. Geez.

Worst experience ever! I waited for 10 minutes before the woman at the front desk even acknowledged me. I scheduled my appointment through their app, but I was informed their app doesnt actually work and they would have to reschedule me for a different day. The woman was unapologetic and rude. I told them I would not reschedule, because of the way I was treated. Shockingly, the woman still tried to argue with me. This trashy salon is far from high end.

My bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done at Salon Kisha. They did an amazing job. We all loved our hair and makeup. I was hesitant on having someone do my makeup but Dawn did an amazing job. Sara did my hair and it was exactly how I wanted it and it stayed in place all night despite the wind outside and the non stop dancing.

I book appointments online, never had an issue. Ladies at the desk are sweet and attentive, acknowledging me immediately and offering refreshments. Ive used a few of their stylists, currently using Sarah R. She took my hair from black to pretty medium blonde with no damage. Cant wait to go back.

Great Salon, very professional and experienced staff. Prices are reasonable. They can suite any style/personality from edgy to conservative. Michelle is my hair stylist and I definitely recommend her!

Worst experience ever, my hair looks ridiculous. My scalp was burned, highlights are clustered. Dont ever trust your hair with them!
