I went for a conceltation and they said 120 for my hair to be dyed dark brown they recommended that because my hair was light brown and put purple streaks. So i called and made an appointment first she dyed my hair dark brown and bleached the spots she was gonna dye purple then she informed me it would cost more to put the purple in so now im at 150 or i have to deal with crappy hair i was mad. Then since it was done its bleeding on everything so i called and th lady told me its not permenent color that it will wash ojt but i can buy shampoo to try to make it last longer. So why wasnt i told at the conceltation that it wouldnt be permenent and then why didnt she tell me before she started on my hair. Im utterly disgusted with how this ended up it was a waste of hard saved money and im gonna end up with the crappy hair in about a month. I will never go back there and i recommend u do t either if u want wacky colors put in. They are a rip off. I wish there was a way to get my money back. Maybe ill call the bbb who knows or take it as a lesson learned.

Im with Stephanie K. I dont know whats wrong with Kenshin. This is the best salon Ive ever been to. I started getting my hair done by the owner long before she opened Studio Luxe. Id follow her anywhere. She is that amazing. All the girls there are so nice and very attentive. Yes, they are VERY busy as they are in high demand, BUT they always pay close attention to their clients. They never rush anyone out the door. Rest assured each of the girls is highly trained. In fact, I had a scheduling conflict and had to cancel my appointment with Amanda. I still really wanted to get in same week, so they worked with my schedule, and Im going to Krista. She will do a fabulous job as well. No worries. You know what they say... "You get what you pay for..."

Are you kidding me Kenshin?!? This salon is awesome. After my stylist in Chagrin Falls left the industry, I was hard pressed to find another stylist that was trained in the same Sahag technique (dry cut). Yes, the cut is expensive...but it is the best cut you will EVER have!! And YES - this salon is busy - all the time. All of the stylists are awesome and heavily trained and as such they all have loyal followings. Krista has been doing my hair for 4 years and I highly recommend her and Studio Luxe to everyone.....especially the numerous people who have stopped me to rave about my hair. Color lines are awesome too...not the same cheap Redken crap that you can get at any old salon. These girls do it right!!!!

Great place to get hair extensions (They use the latest and greatest Hot Heads) which is tape in human hair thats gone through a process before being applied to your own hair. With many colors to choose from and different lengths, they make you feel amazing. The salon is super cute and the staff makes you feel excited from the time of your consultation to when you check out. They make sure you understand the process of keeping your extensions looking fantastic and healthy for reapplication. Great atmosphere and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The staff definitely makes you feel wonderful and like a new person.

My review is posting under my sons name but anyways I had my hair done here today and they did a great job. I had a highlight lowlight which was then toned with a toner (because without the toner the color would not have blended) and a haircut which came out very nice love my hair the issue has nothing to do with the service the only issue i have is that my hair came out to $273.00 which i have never paid for my hair ever. In fact i get the exact same service done with close to the same colors at a very nice salon in macedonia for half that price(i literally could have got my hair done twice

The lady who painted my nails was very sweet & nice to talk to but this is the worst shellac job Ive ever had done. My nails have looked like this since the 2nd day after I had them painted. I also left with polish all over my cuticles on multiple fingers & asked if it would come off & she tried to file it off which only irritated my cuticles & barely got any of it off. Its only been a handful of days since I had them done. Bummer to spend $27 only to turn around & have to go get them entirely redone today & spend another $30. Wouldnt recommend Studio Luxe for shellac.

I have been a customer of Studio Luxe Salon for over four years. I have curly hair and this salon is the only salon I have found in the area where the stylists are certified and very knowledgable in the Ouidad cutting technique for curly hair. The stylists are also very knowledgable about the appropriate Ouidad products to use for the different curl types. Studio Luxe Salon has a nail technician on site as well, Jos Nails. I have had a pedicure and a few manicures done here. My nails always look great afterwards. I highly recommend Studio Luxe Salon. I love this salon!

Ashley did my hair. She was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. She was nice and i loved the results of my hair. My only issue is what I paid. It was well more than I have ever paid for a hair service and Ive been getting my hair done since high school. Im 23 now. The other downside was that I found spots by my ears where it was not colored and it stuck out again the lighter blonde in my hair so I had to fix that, which I did myself. Im still giving this place and my experience a 5. But until I become rich, i dont think i could go back here.

I LOVE my haircut!!! And I dont remember the last time I left a hair salon loving my hair. I have been to very high end salons and bargain basements. Ive given "mentor designers" in other salons several opportunities to get it right, but nobody gets my hair. THANK YOU AMANDA! This cut is EXACTLY what Ive been wanting for years but could never get someone to do for me. Love, love, love it! I just cant imagine anyone wouldnt feel the same way. For the quality they are offering, this place is a bargain!

I love this salon - they are conveniently located and extremely knowledgeable on all things hair color/cuts/repairing damage. The atmosphere is very welcoming as well. They got me scheduled quickly with Amanda, she repaired my damaged bleached hair, and helped me pick out a beautiful violet and rose pink ombre. I was a bit scared to see myself in the mirror because I knew I had chosen wild colors, but she did such a great job I left totally content and excited about the new color! You all are wonderful.

Studio Luxe is a great gem in Stow, Ohio. I went to Studio Luxe in September for a consultation on hair extensions. I ended up getting them and, to this day, it was the best service Ive had at a salon. I was styled by Ashley, who was both attentive to my budget and really listened to what I wanted. I ended up with gorgeous ash brown extensions. Im in love with them! And this salon. If youre looking for a chic salon that offers you great service without breaking the bank, Studio Luxe is the place.
