Im a 15 year customer. For the 5th or 6th time, they continue to launder and "starch" my linen shirts, after we specifically tell them to only launder them. This past Thursday I specifically put my linen shirts in a separate bag so there would be no potential for screw up. Haley took my laundry and I looked her in the eye and said, "no starch this time for the linen shirts, right." She replied "You bet." Picked up my shirts this afternoon and they were starched. Unbelievably poor listening skills and execution. The hassle is that Ive now got to find another facility.

Ive used this cleaner for about 6 months now for the convenience of deliverY. While punctual, Ive had issues ranging from shirts coming back without buttons, suits & white shirts coming back with stains, shirts coming back as if they were pressed with a waffle iron... They are usually good about giving me a credit but frankly, for what they charge you shouldnt have to wonder what youre going to get back from the cleaners. + Convenience + Customer Service - Dry cleaning service
