I have tried to patronize this business for 3 years because it is close to home and I keep hoping they will turn the place around, but its getting worse. Today, May 18, 2015, is the LAST time I will ever go to this dump! I dont know who the owners are, or what they spend their money on, but it certainly isnt keeping up their machines. Today there must have been 5 customers and I thought "Great, Ill get in and out".. NOPE...almost NONE of the machines were working anymore. It gets worse every week and management doesnt address it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Maybe they are planning to make it just tanning beds and they are letting the washers fall into crap, but I dont need a tan. I will NEVER come back!! Friendly staff and they do their best to keep the place clean and they ARE helpful, but they cant make up for washers and dryers that either dont work; or dont work properly.. Goodbye!!

I went there for the first time for tanning today. It was great. the Staff is super nice and she reccomended not starting with the regular beds. I like that she was honest about them not working so well. I just did the next bed up which included the face tan. Music is built into the bed and it was clean. I have done laundry there too when my washing machine broke and I was impressed. Usually I refuse to go to laundry mats because I think they are nasty and I might get robbed or something but this place is nice laundry mat. Nobody bothers you and people are nice. You can change the tv channels if you want and the triple loaders are fast and awesome! I know i found my new tanning place. They dont offer many lotions though. I would recommend buying a lotion at target or something. There prices are normal too.

The girl working there was on her phone when I went up to the counter to ask for a $1 bill for the dimes I had. She didnt get off her phone to help me even though I tried to wait for her to get off the phone. She mouthed to me can I help you? so the person on the phone couldnt hear her. I asked for my $1 and she gave it to me. She was on her phone talking to someone the entire time I was there. I only had to wash a comforter and it came out smelling worse than before, like oil or grease. And I wasted $3.50 to wash it, $0.75 on detergent, $0.75 on softner, and $1.00 on the dryer. Waste of my time and money. They get 2 stars because the place was clean inside but didnt clean my laundry and the girl working there sucks!

Dont let these other reviews scare you, this place is clean and the machines work fine. I admit, I was scared reading the other reviews but if youre a UC student and you need to wash something big like a comforter or are sick of shitty coin op machines in apartments around campus (looking at you uptown rentals), this is your place. Change machine accepts 5s and 1s and bring about $15 for 2 gigantic loads. For me this was my giant comforter, intermediate size blanket, sheets, and ALL of my clothes. Oh yeah this is being posted from there on their fast, free WiFi.

Lived in the area since being 15 I have patronized city limits in Clifton for a very long time. I would always see the same smiling face behind the counter but the last 4 experiences Ive had there has been awful and I will not be back. The customer service has gone completely down hill and the staff is incompetent and as I experienced today confrontational for absolutely no reason.

This place is HORRIBLE! Most of the regular washers dont work, was unable to get quarters out of the machine or from the ever-so UNFRIENDLY attendant. The ceiling is leaking, and they have towels and buckets soaking most of it up. All that and they serve Slushees and Nachos. Makes me wonder what the tanning part looks like! Pitiful! Should be SHUT DOWN

When the washer stopped working in the middle of the cycle, they offered to put my stuff in another washer. The staff has always been nice to me and my children. People need to remember you have to give respect to recieve it back; the attendants are only human. Only thing I would suggest is get rid of all the old washers when you can.

This laundromat sucks! Ive read the reviews of this place before i came and thought this was going to be a great place but that was not the case. They dont keep money in there atms. And the location theyre located is no atms near by to go to. Not only that but the lady at the counter was very rude. Im so not going back here.

The best time wash clothes is the morning time, but not sunday mornings. The regular washers seems to always be out of order but the bigger loads are quicker to use anyway. The attendants are always nice to me. If youre expecting an A+ facility then go else where. Its a laundry mat for crying out loud!

Staff is rude and not helpful. Most washers are out of order most the time and if one of the washers dont start after you enter your money they refuse to give you a refund. Cant forget to mention they share the building with ROACHES. Youre better off driving further so your money wont go to waste.

Not a bad Laundry & Tanning spot, and its in a good location. The only downside is there are constantly drug deals happening in the parking lot. I am takling 24/7 all times of the day and night that parking lot is used to buy and sell Heroin.

Friendly staff! She actually saw I had a small basket of clothes and showed me where the smaller machines were. Idk what people are taking about feeling like they are going to get mug. So not scary at all. Normal prices.

Good machines, good prices, you dont have to buy a "laundry card". Spent too long in the tanning bed (my own fault). 8/10 would pursue towel folding and melanoma here again

The tanning is super cheap for high quality beds. Its a really clean facility and the staff is very helpful!
