They stole my clothes and my kids clothes!!! Raggedy washers blue liquid soap all over my kids clothes. A separate raggedy washer had left white powder all over my darks. I brought it to their attention and they offered to rewash them and said I could pick them up the next day. I came back to pick up all our clothes and they are gone!!!!! No explanation, just apologized then refused to give me the owners name or number. They have dirty towels on the floor to sop up the water that leaks all over the floor. Disgusting!!! Staff is ratchet and unkept.

Just moved here from out of town. I used google to find the nearest laundromat! Westwood Super Laundry appeared. I was apprehensive of visiting this location. To my suprise, it was very clean! The attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was bright, secure and I will definitely re-visit this location when its that time again! Oh, the pay-cards are a very nice touch! Not having to carry around change is great!!!

Ive been using laundromats across the country from AZ to Maine. I stopped in Cincinnati to visit my Mom, took all her winter blankets and my sleeping bag to Westwood Super Laundry because my Mom recommended it. Its super clean! And when I made kind of a watery mess due to my blanket being too absorbent for the smaller machine, the attendant Kathy was SO friendly, cleaned it up in no time. Very professional, great A/C!
