First time here to do ALOT of laundry, just doing some cleaning in my house. Get herr every thing seems to be ok and in order. Now as i mentioned before, I have a lot of clothes brought here including bed spread to wash meaning my clothes have been exposed to the folding tables, the laundry carts there, EVERYTHING. I go to use the bathroom and wash and dry my hands and next to the damn dryer is freaking BED BUG!!! I went and told an employee and she apologizes and comes to see and kill the bug. The MANAGER on the other hand dismisses the issue and when i asked him to load literally like 1 or 2 dollars to my card to dry my remaining clothes that i had but wasnt able to wash just for the sake of possibly killing any bugs that may have gotten into my things, he rudely tells me no and says if get them then it is my fault. I ask him how is that and he proceeds to just say dumb things so i hurried and finished my remaining laundry and left only after having a few choice words. If you do laundry at laundry mats DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE!!!!

Confirmed roaches and bedbugs... When we addressed the worker about it they tried to kill it but it fell. Then when we asked the manager for 2 dollars to dry the clothes we had laying out to kill any bedbugs that would have gotten on our clothes.. But instead the manager just rudely stated bed bugs dont cant live in bathrooms (like it cant walk) and if we get bed bugs its because we had them.. The worker was 10x more helpful than the manager. I took a picture of the the roach before it got away but not the bedbug because it got away.

I was visiting from Wisconsin and need to do some wash. The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful. She demonstrated how to use the cards, washer, and dryer. The place very clean including the bathrooms. The washers use centrifugal force to ring out water. The dryers are fast and efficient. This is a mixed race neighborhood. There is a breakfast/lunch place across the street. There is ample parking on site.

I was very pleased with this place. The first time I had went they were very nice and helpful. They also had fun spunky personalities. In this area I am the minority but no one there treats me like I am and that is very nice. They have snacks T.V. and internet (not free). You do have to be patient sometimes b/c they also do others laundry and if there are not two workers on they do get taken from the desk for that.

Since its 24 hours it automatically wins the night. Its clean and staffed well, but the machines are a bit older. You have to get a card to use the machines, but its actually much more enjoyable than lugging quarters. I recommend it. I prefer Clean Clothes in Oakley, but they do last load at 8:30.

The attendant on duty was very pleasant and helpful. As this was my first time at a laundromat in the USA, I was not use to the prepaid card and procedures. If the attendant wasnt so helpful, I would have turned around and left. The prices were reasonable. The machines were clean and fast.

Horrible service. Lady with the short hair is very impatient. Two of my washers got stuck on 15 minutes for about 15 minutes. I believe there should have been help with my drying process as I wasnt trying to wait and couldnt dry ny clothes together. & There were bugs by the dryer!!

GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO. The girl at the counter would not help a disabled man with a washer calling him stupid and crazy. When we came to his defense she told us to get out because we were white and to never come back. RACIST!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had no problems doing laundry here. Its always been clean and it is air conditioned. My biggest problem was after years of using the laundromat, that when when it came to get my refund (from my smart card) its taken 5 months.

Very clean and great place to wash your extended loads of clothes. There is one catch. You have to purchase the payment card and load money to it so that you can wash. Other than that this is a wonderful establishment.

Total RIP off.. Way to much to pay for laundry. Plus, they make you pay for a card that isnt anygood anywhere else.. Close this place down.
