Driver supposedly cane to my house 3 times, only left a door tag one of the times so Im not sure they ever really came by. Of the three times I was actually at home for 2 of them. I never heard a knock on the door and neither did my dog who always barks so I know no one knocked. Being on the phone with them for the second time I find out I was lied to about what time the delivery center closes and whether id be able to pick up my package, but was told the driver would reattempt delivery just to be called an hour later to be told thats not possible. I was then told of an option that I suggested and wasnt possible is all of a sudden possible. Overall terrible experience and will never use FedEx again. Ill stick with UPS

They give a delivery date but dont deliver until the following day. They also list contacting recipient for appointment but dont call for 2 days. They also go to the wrong house and apparently just give up and leave instead of going across the road to the right house. And then list it as resident not at home. I was sitting on my front porch and watched them that time. The seller wont use anyone else.....so I wont be purchasing from that seller anymore and have given them these reasons. I have to sit around and wait for them now for yet another day. I should send a bill for my wait time.

The driver came by this morning apparently. He didnt leave a door tag or anything to show that he was here. I am not allowed to pick anything up from them today because the person would be out very late on the truck. Here is the real kicker if the driver would have tried the front desk at my apartment complex they would have been able to drop off my package and I wouldnt have to wait 3 more days to get it. They made too many mistakes and when things are shipped through UPS or USPS they never have had this issue. I have always gotten my packages on time. So fedex bad job do better.

Idiots at Fedex refuse to ring my doorbell. The idiots at Fexed also refuse to deliver my Fedex package to a Fedex location due to restrictions that the seller placed on it. Ive spoken to the seller and they placed no delivery restrictions on the package. Due to this I have to wait 3-4 days extra for any packages sent to me then drive across the city wasting more than two gallons of gas to pick up packages here. FWIW the employees Ive dealt with at this location have been pleasant and helpful, although they are completely unable to solve the original problem.

Absolutely a joke of a delivery company. We tried delivering it on two different days but yet we didnt leave a slip on your door. Usps or ups for now on has my business
