Horrible customer service. I had a package scheduled to be delivered a week from ordering and the package was delayed one day which was no big deal. When I received notification that it arrived at the Kennesaw FedEx Ground location and was out for delivery at 7AM I assumed it Would arrive by the time I got home from work since I only live a town over from that location. I arrive home at 5PM no package. I waited a while to see if if it would show any new notifications online. When I looked again at 7:45PM a notification indicated they were unable to find my address. I literally had 2 packages delivered to my address earlier this week so its hard to believe my location could not be found. I called the customer service line to ask them to hold my package so that I could go pick it up since they supposedly could not find my location. They said the location was closed and to call back in the morning at 8AM to have them hold it. I found it strange that there was no way she could request them to hold my package then but I waited to call in the morning. Today I called again promptly at 8:00AM I spoke with 3 individuals who gave conflicting information regarding where my package is currently located, where it would be delivered and when I could pick it up. On top of that they said they could not reach the Kennesaw office by phone because they were busy loading trucks. You mean to tell me your multi-billion dollar organization doesnt hire representatives to answer the phone when packages are not delivered? I NEVER have these issues when using carriers like UPS or USPS. I was hesitant to order off of Amazon at the risk of getting a supplier that uses FedEx for shipment. I highly encourage you to use UPS or other reliable carriers if you want you items delivered on time.

The local ground delivery Fed Ex service is performed by contractors. They are not the same people that deliver the overnight packages. Ive had multiple instances where they show delivered and it wasnt as well as showing "no one home" when I was there all day waiting on the expected package. I recently ran into a former employee and I told him about these incidents. He stated the drivers do this sometime so it looks like they tried to deliver and doesnt mess up their numbers. He also said that sometimes they dont have any other packages in the area and dont want to drive that far for one package. So, they show it delivered or no one home. This is an awful contractor (Kennesaw Georgia) and Fed Ex should get rid of them.

I ordered a package and after tracking it for four days of being past the delivery date I called the location where the tracking number indicated it would be (1675 Airport Road Kennesaw, GA). I like FedEx but Ive never had a delivery get lost/stolen until it went through the FedEx Home Delivery service department. I had to call multiple times a day just to get a hold of someone that could help me and the Quality Assurance team is clueless. They just kept reading the tracking info that I could find online. Needless to say after three days of dealing with them and my package being over a week late they finally ruled it as "lost".

The WORST customer service ever! The delivery person LIED and said they attempted to deliver my package three times when they only came once. Then, when I came to pick up my package the ridiculously inefficient phone system at the pick-up office had me wait for 30 minutes until an extremely RUDE security office told me to step away from the counter. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE DEALING WITH THIS CRAPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!! I wish I could give it 0 STARS!!!

First three attempt of delivery, I asked if they can deliver the TV after 6PM or let me come pick up. They said no to both and forwarded to deliver to an empty house. Next two attempts, they never showed up despite me cancelling my plans and even taking time off work. After ranting and finally being allowed to pick up my OWN package, I opened it to find my TV screen shattered like someone played volleyball with it. Will not order from Fedex again ever.

All my past experiences with Fedex have been great, except at this pickup location. I got here at 8am to pickup a package waited for 45mins for an attendant to get to me, even though I was the first one. I received no apologies, to top it off she was rude. Overall a sub-par experience. If you designate this as a pickup or drop off location come with plenty of patience.

The drivers out of this branch WILL NOT knock on your door. They just sneak up and drop your package at your landlords office if you live in an apartment community. Not to mention they are mega slow to get there in the first place. I have had it with this FedEx. Lasership, and UPS will kick your door down to get your package to you.

The driver are the biggest liars!!!!!!! I waited on my package all day and it never came look up my tracking and it said a attempt was made at 5:05pm....... WHEN????????? No door tag or nothing but they said customers wasnt home or business was closed...... Really???? If you dont wanna do your job find another one!

Delivery guy NEVER showed up and marked as "Customer Not Available or Business Closed" I was here all day in the living room. NO NOTE on the door nothing. Delivering guys are full of SH$#. The future I order from Walmart I pickup there. No more orders from FEDEX. done.

Worst warehouse imaginable. They sent my order out for delivery 3 times and never arrived to my house. Ive contacted the manager of the warehouse and they do nothingn about it. Shut this lying and stealing company down.
