Said they delieverd a package and didnt!! Not one of my neighbors even saw a FedEx truck. So now im stuck having to wait on their so-called "investigstion" which takes days!! You shouldnt give the driver days to respond, call the building it came from find the driver for the route and see what the heck happened, its that simple!! The worst thing about it is the package contains my sons birthday gift, which is next week. I am agrivated, and pissed off! Will keep calling until it is resolved.

My employer refuses to pay FedEx pick-up fees. FedEx is a pathetic joke. So I must drive all over Gods creation to find these magic boxes. Theyre hidden and nobody is supposed to know where they are! So if we dont know where the illusive boxes are... FedEx would rather we pay the pick-up fee. I despise FedEx - can you tell? Money grabbing hustlers! Deliver this FedEx! FU! They want to deliver packages for us but dont want to pick them up for free? Youve got to be kidding me.

This is a horrible delivery company. They leave door tags outside of the apartment building instead of coming inside to deliver the package. They also will not leave the packages at the rental office whereas other companies do and the rental office signs for the package. This is a company full of lazy drivers.

This place is always fast and efficient. Things only seem to slow down when someone who doesnt speak English is trying to ship something overseas. The automatic door is a HUGE plus as most of the print and ship locations do not have such an obviously convenient fixture.

Driver never shows up, package is marked as undeliverable. My house is 15 mins from the shipping center yet my item has been "Out for delivery" for 28 hours... the new company slogan should be "we deliver if we feel like working".

This is why UPS is the better choice!!! time and time again the driver will not ring the door bell so leaves a door tag and off he goes...Ive watched him drive away many times...My company will be switching back to UPS

If I could rate it lower I would, awful drivers, awful delivery times. Half the time the drivers wont even show up with a signed package and claim the person was unavailable. Laziness.
