Shipper setup a signature required package and did not include my apt. number in the address, so driver attempted to deliver but apparently couldnt use a little brain power to figure out a solution. He delivered (with the same name on the label) another package the same day, leaving it in the lobby instead of bringing it to my door, which is a condition of them being given access to the building (they must bring packages to the unit door). Had he brought it to my door, I would have asked about the signature package, resolved the error before it became an issue, and had what I needed. Then when he came back the next day, he delivered another package for me to may door, but again did not deliver the package that wasnt delivered the day prior - tracking says "recipient cannot be found". This despite putting the official FedEx signature form in both the lobby and taped to my front door. He never knocked on my door, just left a package at it (and not additionally the one I needed). It is now Saturday and apparently they are going to deliver it today according to tracking. FedEx has never delivered here on a Saturday. I needed this item for Sunday and, of course, I cannot call FedEx without getting someone who I can barely hear and/or understand who cares less about my issue and you can hear laughing and joking in the background of their call center. I have also watched the FedEx driver drop my packages from the back of a truck (large boxes, not that heavy, inside were custom-made items), sometimes I receive packages that look like they were run over by a truck, more often I have to fight to get my package because they half-ass their delivery effort. UPS... night and day difference. Night and day.

Paid extra online through the website for package to be delivered after 5pm. They ignored this service and showed up at 1pm when no one was there. I was promised by FedEx customer service, twice, that the package would be redelivered that night during the period Id paid them to deliver it, 5pm-8pm. At 8:30, I called back and they put me in direct contact with the Austell station. After pretending not to be able to hear me for several moments, the staff insisted they didnt see the change I made to the delivery, caught attitude with me and insisted I was making everything up- the delivery change Id paid for and the assurances Id been given that the package would be redelivered that night. Absolutely no attempt was made to make good on their failure. Utter incompetence, dishonesty, and unprofessionality has completely turned me off from using FedEx in the future.

I waited at home an entire day until 8:30 PM. When I called for updates, no one would help me. Instead, I was told that I had to wait until after 8 PM. Missed an entire day of work only to be told the delivery was atrempted at 6:15 PM. I was sitting on my sofa with the front door open at 6:15 PM and Fed Ex never even stopped at my house. I have camera footage pf the entire day and no driver ever even stepped on my porch or knocked on my door. Four phone calls later and I could never speak with a manager. Kept being transferred to a call center in central America. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again. The drivers decide if they feel like working that particular day and lie about attempted deliveries. And managemenr doesnt seem to mind.

Driver stole my package and marked it delivered. I was home all day from the time I went to the door to run an errands it was 26 min. From when he said he delivered it .No door bell rung or knock on the door and the company didnt require a signature so he must have thought it would pass below the radar.I have never missed a package even if I wasnt home,I always received my itemsThe claims lady said ,we have contract drivers for the holidays ..contract thieves more like it.

Every FedEx shipment from this location arrives days late. Couriers dont do their jobs and simply mark the shipment as undeliverable due to residence/business not home or closed. Last shipment I was set to receive I got to the house at 3:00pm to wait, finally at 8 the tracking updated to resident not home. Courier never came by and customer service was useless simply saying the driver attempted delivery. If you have an option. Use a different service.

Worst service ever for me packages never delivered had to change to one of their locations to pick it up myself. The tracking always say customer unavailable or business closed. I work at home. Called the corporate office was told it is noted the sticker was left on the front door each time... negative! They never came. Still havent gotten one of my packages have been trying to call so it can be taken to the office closest to me like the last two times.

Horrible. Had to come pick up my package, which is fine. Even though I live in downtown Atlanta, my package was in Austell, a little inconvenient, but no big deal. Well, the package pick up is at the warehouse, and you are directed to a small office where you have to dial an extension to get somebody in "package pick up". Took close to 25 minutes to get somebody on the phone, and Im still here waiting for him to find my package.

These people have been to my home a hundred times and they still dont know where I live. Every other delivery has an exception for the incorrect address. Ive discussed this with them over the phone several times. What do you know?....another item not delivered today with an exception for the incorrect address. They have to be kidding me!! UPS..no problem whatsoever. FedEx needs to get with the program!

i wanted to give it zero stars but it require at one star to post. i purposely waited at home for my delivery. two days i took off work to waited. and the driver didnt knock. it just say customer unavailable. hmm i think they are trying to keep my package. since it is car parts.

Im so mad I hope I can make complete sentences. I am still waiting for a package to be delivered. Ive been at home both days. The second day waiting for delivery, I checked the website every hour. This is the second time this has happened. This place SUCKS

Worst service ever and worst costumer service my package wasnt delivered at 10 am cuz the driver said no one was available BULLSHIT i was there since 9am doing my lawn care and not even saw the fedex truck driving by ...what a LAZY driver

Package scheduled for Tuesday no attempt Wednesday Thursday Friday same thing no attempt to deliver. I am driving 30 miles Saturday morning to pick my package up at the distribution center. I will never deal with fedex again. What a joke.

Clean facility, strong staff. If your package is in the terminal, it will be delivered that day, no exceptions. Im a driver here and they dont let you leave until every package in your area has been scanned and loaded into the trucks.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Waited 30 minutes just for someone to come to the pick up location & acknowledge me. Once they finally got there, staff was rude and took forever to retrieve my package. Awful!
