I have been doing business with this UPS Store for so many years I cant remember how long, but Im sure its Ive 10 years, they sign for my packages from all types of providers, they call us when a package has been delivered to our box, they are always professional and polite, and somehow they manage to assist multiple customers in a timely manner whenever I get to the store. This keeps my packages from been stolen from my doorstep. Just wishing them Happy Holidays.

Price gouging for packing materials is not going to earn my business. I would not bother going to this store unless you have done your own packing. It is cheaper anyway to have UPS come to your house, or go to the actual post office down the street.

Wish i could give negative reviews. But they are the worst. In addition to their bad service, they charge you additional $5 for pick up... yes, for pick up. Ridiculous greedy people . I am not going to do business with this store anymore.
