Horrible Horrible Horrible location!!! Customer service should be renamed customer disservice. If you have the availability to use another shipper, I highly recommend that you do it. They dont answer their phones, they have no control over their "Home Service" delivery truck drivers (subcontract work - who knows whats happening to your package) and apparently there arent any managers to oversee the group of folks that are standing around picking their noses collecting their paychecks for doing nothing. Unfortunately, I have to give them at least one star if I want to post this so others can be warned. If there was an option for negative stars it would be off the chart. If you do receive fair to average customer service - buy a lottery ticket because its your lucky day!!

Im not the one to complain, but this has literally been the most horrible experience Ive ever had with any delivery service. The driver didnt even BOTHER knocking on my door to deliver the package, so 3 days in a row I got emails saying "package was not delivered because customer wasnt available" when I was RIGHT AT HOME WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE. So alright lets pick it up at this pickup center, its like 30+ minute drive but its ok lets do it. Customer service on the phone says my package will be available at 8AM, BUT here I am, still here in this damn pickup location after an hour of waiting (btw this room is suffocating and resembles an interrogation room) twiddling my fingers waiting to be served. Thanks fedex, it was nice being served by you. See you never :)

somebody needs to get fired or something for poorly handling delivery of their packages to people. i was even more surprised that other people have gone thru same bullshit experience i have been through with fedex. i had to deal with fedex without a choice twice in georgia and both of them experiences were horrible because my package was delayed and end up being delivered to the wrong person when they were supposed to deliver it with specific persons signature. no door notification or nothing. everytime i get the package i gotta pick up the phone to check whereabouts of my package. THIS PLACE IS CORRUPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company I work for does $100k+ worth of business with FedEx each year. This FedEx location had the worst customer service. I didnt have packaging tape with me and wanted to buy some from this location. I had two small boxes to ship and they place one strip of tape on one. When I asked them to put a strip of tape on the other box she said I was pushing my luck. When she found out I was here in Atlanta on business, she asked why I didnt print up shipping labels while I was at the hotel. The management need to teach their people that the customer is why they are employed. Or maybe the Memphis HQ need to step in.

The manager here need to get the drivers on the right path. My tracking information says that there wasnt anyone at my house at 5:51 yesterday afternoon and it has an assigned door tag. We were there and OUTSIDE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE!! No FedEx truck even came through the neighborhood and this jagoff said he tried to deliver my package. The door tag he assigned pulls up my house AND another house in ANOTHER STATE!! TOTAL B.S. FedEx. The Lithia Springs manager needs some disiplinary action so maybe, just MAYBE the rest of the employees at this location will get their act together.

I have had to deal with fed ex for a week now Im trying to get my daughters diabetic insulin pump supplies that were supposed to be delivered. They have lied to me on 4 different occasions in the past 3 days.. I have spent my days off of work waiting for them and them not showing up.. Worst customer service and I was told by 2 different supervisors that I was going to be getting a call back and never received it. I am really disgusted with the company and all the run around I have been going through trying to get my daughters nessecary supplies!!!

FedEx tried to deliver a package on Thursday December 24th a 6:15 PM, I had left for the day. They left a door tag for me to sign promising delivery the next business day which was Monday 12/28/2015. The package did not deliver on Monday because it evidently had the wrong delivery address.....How did i get the door tag on the 24th and it be wrong on the 28th. Customer service was no help in fact very rude talking so fast I could not understand. I am ready to cancel my order with the shipper.

My experience with this company was disappointing to say the very least. The customer service reps AND drivers seem to all lack basic common sense and consideration for the customer. They promised to deliver the same package everyday for a WEEK and each time they dropped the ball their response was the same: "I dont know what happened, Im sorry". From now on Ill ensure that the company Im ordering products from will NOT utilize FedEx as their shipper.

Had a very expensive package delivery I got off work late so I missed my delivery sure they came by left delivery tag the best thing about this is FedEx hours I got there around 7pm which they close at 8:30 pm customer service was great I had no problem receiving my package from there everything went great Im enjoying my product which was safety handled you guys rock keep up the good work 10 stars for fedex and this facility

Took the day off to receive a package. Delivery person never knocked but my dogs started barking at the door. They left an attempt notice on the door so I stepped outside and the FedEx person was shutting the side of their truck I yelled that I was home. She turned looked at me beeped her horn drive to the neighbors driveway urged around beeped at me again and drive off! What the freakin heck!!!!!!

worst customer service I have personally ever experienced. I waited a week past the delievery day (because they never put a door tag up) to go to the shipmant facility. after waiting for 2 hours and talking to 8-9 employees I still have no idea where my package is. The customer shouldnt have to do any extra work.. I will never use fedex again because of this experience at this location

Great service. Very polite. Helped me right before closing. You have to always keep in mind that people are more likely to share a negative experience than they are to share a positive one. So dont be fooled when you see a lot of negative reviews. This doesnt mean that every experience is bad. This only means that the people who were satisfied just didnt leave a review .

My experience has been horrible I paid 25$ for overnight delivery that was supposed to have been here 12 oclock pm on 12/22 I got an email saying it would be here 12 oclock pm 12/23 still havent saw my package and they cant tell me when it will be here or where its at
