AV installed my roof in 2013. The roof was supposed to have a life of 10-20 years. It has only been 3.5 years and the stripping on the very top of my roof is coming off. I called Al, the owner, who said that he would have his guys come back out and put that piece back down. It has been 3 weeks now and I have not heard anything from anyone, and my roof still needs repair. I have called and called and have left messages. No one answers the phone and no one returns my phone calls. I am now getting very frustrated because not only did they not come out as promised but I am being ignored. This is poor business and certainly not the way you treat customers who have paid you thousands of dollars for a good job. If he had come out as promised I would not have written this review. If he had the decency to return my calls I would not have written this review. A man is only as good as his word. Al should honor his word. I am going to give a bad review to Home advisors and anyone else AV is connected to. I received Als name and company from home advisors in 2013 to install my roof.

I recently ordered the rest of my windows via A V Remodeling. They did three of my windows last summer. I am very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and they are a great bunch of guys. Oh, and of course the great value!
