E. F. Martin Mechanical has provided my family with over 20 years of outstanding service related to heating and cooling. They have installed at least 4 new units for me, in 3 different homes. Several years ago they also helped me diagnose an allergy problem related to poor filtering of conditioned air. They eventually installed an electrostatic air cleaner that corrected the problem for our family....no more coughing and sneezing! I also rely on E. F. Martin to service and maintain my mothers heating and cooling unit. I can always rely on EFM to respond to her request for help, on the same day, when a mechanical failure occurs. Technicians are knowledgeable and always courteous. The office staff is always very helpful in scheduling, or rescheduling, my service work. Thanks for keeping us comfortable all year round!

These guys are fabulous! Ive been very pleased with my new HVAC. Ive now got my solar panels and Im super excited about the savings. Mid Carolina Electric just sent out information on "rate changes". Im not worried about these changes now that E.F. Martin has armed me with a $$ saving system. They are friendly, leave no mess, answer all my questions, and are extremely professional. Our family has worked with E F Martin for the last several years. After the devastating October flood of 2015, our nearly new furnace was destroyed. We wanted E F Martin to replace it since they put the original equipment in. They are professional and after a misunderstanding they made good on our agreement and we received a great price that we could afford after the heart ache of the flood. Very sketchy and bad business practices. One of their drivers rear ended me and they did not fix the damage because I let the driver go after i got a copy of his drivers license and photos of both vehicles because he said he was in a hurry and didnt want to be held accountable. I didnt get a police report prior. Their employee, Mary schumaker, was extremely unprofessional and rude and flat out lied to me in emails. I have records of all of this. I would NOT trust this company as they clearly only care about themselves and not the community.

These guys are great! A couple of years ago they installed a new AC, Furnace, repaired duct work, and added insulation in our attic. They helped us cut our power bill in half. They are very professional, punctual, and do work that stands up to any company around. They service our units two times a year and have helped us keep our equipment in top shape. I would recommend this company to anyone who values quality, dependable work and service.
