Truly was so happy with my experience with I and J even though things kept happening to my brand new home and no one would come fix it then rate here at my year I hear Ian left the country they are closing no ones coming to fix anything on my closing paperwork I dont recommended Ian Jackson or Scotty Sipe to anyone

I understand that Ian had trouble from his abandoned investors in Durban many years ago. This company came highly recommended to us in Virginia. We had a home built by them. We were able to get qualified professionals to finish the work after I and J Homes bailed.

TERRIBLE!! Went out of business with no notification to clients despite it being clear that the business was failing. The owner is gone, so no use in my telling people to stay away.
