Horrendous all around. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. The owner is nice enough, but communication, BSing, and work is terrible. I know he will probably be the low bid, and so one would expect low bid work, but it is terrible. Everything is subcontracted out. The plumber tracked dirt through the whole house, leaked water all over hardwood floor while blowing down radiators, burnt holes in the basement waterproofing, left all his trash on the floor and after ripping the insulation off pipes left it on the floor scattered around. Work was supposed to start repairing walls first week of March, it was a week and a half before I heard from anyone again. After being told they would start on the following Monday and it would take 3 days I said OK. Sunday night, 10pm I get a call on my cell phone cancelling for Monday, pushing it to Tuesday. Well no call, no show Tuesday, they came Wednesday and Thursday, didnt finish. The next week over 3 days people randomly showed up to do a little work here and there. I asked them to paint and said Id pay, which he threw a fit about for some reason, and charged me $500 to throw a single coat of paint in 4 rooms WITHOUT painting trim. The painters were probably the only respectful people. Unfortunately, when the owner came to finish up, he tracked paint everywhere, didnt clean up, used MY brushes and materials, and left all fixtures, lights, and garbage in a pile. They didnt tape trim, didnt wipe down walls so now i have chucks and run lines all over I have to go back and scrape to repaint.

I have worked with Unique Enterprises since 1999 on various projects around my home. With every job, I have felt as if I were their only customer. From the first phone call to the final touches they have always been extremely prompt, courteous and deliver what they promise. Once or twice during a remodeling project they ran into an unknown hiccup but they handled it like pros. They made sure I was well informed and any and all changes, including the minor details were approved by me prior to going forward. I swear by Unique Enterprises and will continue to use them for all my home improvement needs.

Contractors Beware Ive been after (Bud) aka Unique Enterprises Inc to pay for a HVAC install job that received its final inspection 6 months ago. To date he still owes 1/3 + interest. I have talked to other contractors that have had the same problem so Im not the only one hes done this to. Guess its time for a trip to the court house Kaufmans Heating & Air
