Omega came to my home in a neighborhood in northern Virginia where they had already done work, HIGHLY recommended by one of my neighbors. My son owns his own roofing company, So I was skeptical at first to go with someone other than him. Omega had gotten my roof approved by my insurance company, but when I saw the estimate they had sent me I thought there would be no way I could get a roof done for only what they had paid me. Omega did a great job getting my insurance company to release more money to make sure that everything would be completed properly. They said they would do it for only what the insurance company paid for, and they wouldnt receive any payment till the job was done and I was happy. They even gave ME a little money for telling my neighbors about them. So I decided to let them do my roof. Needless to say I was completely satisfied and more with there work. Their crews were nice and courteous, even chasing down blowing paper in the neighbors yard. The work looked great with the upgraded shingle they gave me. My son even came out to my home and inspected the work after they had finished and couldnt find one thing wrong. After that my insurance company came and inspected the work as well with nothing but praise. Now I find myself in the same position as my neighbor, HIGHLY recommending anyone to Omega.

Omega Contracting installed a few new roofs in my community. My neighbors were very happy and recommended Omega. Johnny Seipel the sales manager came by to inspect my roof and said that I have damages from a hail storm. My insurance company send out their inspector and agreed to pay for a new roof. The roofing materials was delivered and was installed very quickly. The new roof was installed in two days. I am very happy with Omega and Johnny Seipel who helped arranged everything. As a former employee I can gurantee that the company is not one you would want to hire to work on your house. I quit because I became uncomfortable at the thought of my reputation being tied to Omegas work. Ive seen one of his crews break a window and the owner tried to deny that it was our companys fault. Ive personally been told to pick up material from unfinished builds because the management didnt know the builds were unfinished. Absolutely terrible company that is terribly organized. For prospective employees: the owner is cheap, and the production manager has no clue about anything shes doing.

They promised me a new roof, but the insurance company would not approve it. Then a few days later they dumped a couple of pallets of siding on my driveway and told me I owed them for it. They said they had a signed contract from me and I had to write them a check or they would take me to court. I told their mouthy general manager that I had never signed a contract and did not owe them anything. A week later he told me he had a signed contract, he just couldnt find it. Scumbag liars.

I saw a neighbor getting a new roof last month and it took that company four days to complete the job. I called OMEGA and Richard not only inspected my home he met with my insurance inspector to point out all the damage. I now have a new roof and it was done in ONE day. As of today there has been NINE homes in my neighborhood ALL done by OMEGA and RICHARD. What else needs to be said about this company. or Richard.

The work was on time, priced fair and this company knows what they are doing.
