The well pipe for the irrigation system was leaking, called their number to check the service date Monday morning. Cause we had horses coming on Friday, we needed it fixed before Friday. The lady from this company told me on the phone she didnt know when their service people could be available. Even I asked her for an estimated time, she refused to provide me the date, instead coldly said "I dont know, but would call you before to set up the date.". Considering so much uncertainty, I talked with my irrigation company and they said they could come to fix it Thursday afternoon at 1PM. However without any notice, the well drill company showed up and fixed the problem on Wednesday. I was out at that time, and my guests at home notified me right way, cause they knew the irrigation guys coming in Thursday afternoon. I was surprised, then called their number back to check whats going up. A man on the phone told me the service people should have called me before they came. Later he updated me the service guys had left a message to me, however I never got any calls and message from them. He said he would verify with the lady and service guys and call me back. Now 4 days past, he hasnt contacted with me again... Checking back with them and thought to pay off the bill on the phone. This time, the same lady picked up the phone. When I mentioned the detail information she shared with me in last Mondays conversation, she got very mad and rudely denied she had said "call me back to confirm the service date etc." I have no problem paying off the bill, however people need to be honest and accountable if they want to keep their business sustainable...

Johnny on the spot!!! We needed to replace an old well with a new deep well (Complete System) at one of our rental property. I could not be happier. When you do a project such as this, there are a lot a things that can and do happen. More the reason to have a company that has the equipment, knowledge and experience to handle the job. Trust me...dont take a chance on your well drilling project with someone who will give you a lowball deal just to screw it up. Dick Joyce Well Drilling has been around for more than 35 years and has built a reputation to be proud of. They did an excellent job with our project. Their crew was punctual, courteous and highly professional. A very well organized company with great management.

I just had one of their technicians out on an emergency call. Its now 7:25 pm and I called them at 6:05 pm. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the broken parts, repaired an electrical box container, strapped the supports securely, tested the pressure in the bladder (it was only 18 psi and he filled it to 38 psi), then started the well pump and tested all the lines. All in all, he was very professional, paid attention to detail and was fast. I am very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to any one that needs service. Thank You

We recently purchased a house thats on a well water system. The house has not had occupants in quite a while, and the well water smelled strongly of sulfur. Dick Joyces business sticker was all over the equipment, so I gave them a call. Justin was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did he go through our entire well and water treatment system with me to educate me on the routine maintenance, but he also fixed the overbearing sulfur smell in the water. Cant recommend these guys enough! 5 stars!

Thank god I found them. I had 2 companies come by and tell me that the pump is 100% dead and needs to be replaced at a cost of $1600 and one company was $1800 Dennis from Dick Joyce well drilling came by and with a simple test told me that a wire is shorted. It 1 hour and I had water again for under $500. Even if I had to change the pump they were still cheaper. The installer Dennis was professional and honest I highly recommend them.

Im in the process of getting estimates for replacing my 5 year old well, which has been pumping up sand since I bought the house nearly 3 years ago. I have been informed that nearly everything was done incorrectly by this company for the well installation (materials used, well depth, even the width and pump size for the property).
