I have had a terrible experience with this company. I had a tune up completed because my truck was sputtering when I pressed the gas and the check engine light was on. Soon after the tune up was completed, suddenly the fuel pump went out. They replaced the fuel pump (at an absurdly high cost) and I finally got my truck back. The check engine light was off for about 3 days and then it came right back on and the sputtering continued. I was informed that only one ignition coil was changed but they never told me that until after the tune up was completed. I would have gladly had all the bad ones replaced had this been introduced to me. I decided to buy the ignition coils myself and have another certified technician install them for me. They showed me where an ignition coil was broken off in the truck. Then I was told that either they broke it putting it back in or the spark plugs were never changed during the tune up. ALL OF THE SPARK PLUGS WERE SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED WITH THE TUNE UP. Apparently to change the spark plugs the ignition coils would have needed to be removed. My truck is incredibly important to me because I primarily use it to transport my handicap child and his wheelchair. At this point I dont feel that the work was reliable and I am scared that my truck will stall out or something else will go wrong as a result of the work at Suburban. I did call the company for guidance and Bob was very rude and defensive. I felt like the company took advantage of me and I paid alot of money for less than excellent service. I will not return to this company and I will not refer anyone to this company. I am literally only giving them one star because I have to in order to post my review.

After breaking down on the highway, I had my ford focus towed to Suburban. I was told by Bob I needed my alternator and main in-line fuse replaced. I had the work done (came to around 500) and picked up the car. I got less than a mile and the car suddenly died. Once again I paid to have the car towed back to Suburban. The following day I was told I needed a new battery and that the alternator they put in was no good and they would replace it. I paid for a new battery and picked up the car. The car died again on the highway after 2 days. I then had the car towed to a different mechanic who informed me the alternator was still bad. Once again, I towed the car to Suburban and they changed the alternator. It took 3 tries and major personal inconvenience/expense for Suburban to properly diagnose and repair my car.

I wanted to share that I had a great service experience with Suburban. I brought in my 08 Subaru Outback (manual) and enjoyed dealing with Bill. He was helpful and gave clear straight answers. Also service was initiated quickly and job finished very promptly. All parts were from dealer and there was no playing around with any of the parts or labor. They seem to very familiar with Subarus. This was a redo of a bad clutch job by another store and Bill saved all the old parts for me to see for myself why the functioning was poor before. This new clutch is really smooth and operates so well. Pedal is the right height and feel. Very pleased and will come back again. Thanks so much for the great service!

I have been a steady customer for 3 years. They are always upfront and honest, will even show you the problem in person. They always inspect the vehicle to look for other issues and recommend repairs based on Must do, Will Need or wait. Highly Recommended!
