Took my Grand AM in for a tire repair and I let them know I knew there were other repairs that needed to be done but told them not to do anything other than the tire. About 4 days later, was told itll be done by the end of the day, I had to call them to see if my car was done. He sais it was and he "forgot" to call me. When I went to get my car, my bill was over $300. I asked why it was that much when I only wanted a simple tire, "Oh, we fixed the other things that needed to be done". I wrote them a check for what I was quoted for the tire, told them they were going to eat the cost for the rest of the bill and left. Never will I go back!!

He is very unprofessional he will wait days to get back to you. And will fix things before you give him the okay. So expect a random $400 bill if you drop your car off.
