Where do I start, I have 2009 Volvo XC90 the service charging system light came on, I took it to these guys get it fixed. They told me that it was the alternator, and that it needed to be replaced. It is gear driven and they tried to tell me that I needed to replace the engine and said that the accessorie drive shaft was slipping on the end that is in the engine. Turns out that when I did some research that shaft is gear driven and cannot slip because it is driven off the camshaft. So I told them to put it back together which they did. They charged me $725.00 to replace an alternator that cost $379.00 from the dealer. I drove the car for a couple of days then the same warning came back on when I was driving to work. I turned around and drove directly there to tell them their guaranteed work was not working! They would not talk to me and sent a mechanic out to tell me that the shaft in the engine was damaged and they had tried to clean up the threads and put some thread lock on it. And it just would not work. So I ask the mechanic about the gear and the shaft and he sad he really didnt know because he was ask to help put the car back together, and was not the mechanic who took it apart. They did not know that I am an aircraft mechanic and was smelling a large rat by this time. I took the car home and took it apart. I found sensors not reconnected, loose bolts that I could turn with my fingers, and clamps for the intake hoses that were not retightened at all they simply slipped apart. When I got to the alternator I found the drive gear completely loose and the threads at the base of the bolt damaged but no threads inside the shaft were damaged at all, I also found that they had not put thread-locker on the bolt at all because different types of thread locker are colored and would stain the bolt. It was completely clean (I have pictures and video of this because I plan on sueing them in small claims court.) then I went to the Volvo store in Winter Park and ordered the bolt which cost 3 dollars. While I was there a mechanic named James told me how to fix it, one big thing he showed me is a special tool made to hold the gear in place while it is tightened (which they obviously dont have) to the shaft, other wise it will just spin the motor and you will never get it tightened. Then James ask me if they had taken the bushings that are around the bolts that fasten the alternator out of the old one and put them in the new one. When I went home and checked they were missing. He told me that if they were missing that it would allow the alternator to shift and add stress on the bolt and gear. He said that the outcome would be the same every time. Everyone in this shop lied to me and told me a different story, then they refused to do anything else. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP! They are criminals and nothing more!

We were needing an A/C fix on our sons car. Dropped the car off for A/C check; they never called us to let us know the status of the car, after the car being in the shop from Friday to Monday they kept giving us the run around about a switch then they told us that they had got three different switches for different amount of money and thay they were the wrong ones. Now its Tuesday and again no one was responsible enough to again give us a call on the status of our car. We decided to call again and now they were telling us we needed a compressor, we told them we didnt want our car being fix with them because we did not trust their word or work and the owner hung up the phone in our face. We had also called around and spoke with another honest mechanic and they also told us that this place was horrible and that the owner was very rude. If your looking for an honest place to fix your car and have good service, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Ive used this shop 4 or 5 times before I realized that they were most likely taking me for a ride. The last time I was there they I paid them around $65 for an engine diagnostic for a ticking sound. I was told the ticking was coming from my exhaust when it was definitely audible from the front engine compartment. They additionally told me that I would need a complete engine replacement. Now I have a Chevy with over 200,000 miles on it. I wasnt opposed to the thought but of course called around to get quotes. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who actually had some talent. Long story short it needed an oil pump. Think Serge could have figured this out due to the gauge not working? That was my new mechanics first question over the phone. Im not entirely sure Serge is capable of anything short of stupid sayings on his sign out front of the shop. My advice would be to stay faaar far away.

Total ripoff off artists Luckily I am a shade tree mechanic and having a working knowledge of engines This clown tried to charge me a $131 dollars for a part I was suspicious as I had priced one at an auto parts store for $66 I then checked actual dealership who are well known for there exorbitant markups and their price was $94 dollars I confronted the scam artist and got sixty bucks taken off I wont be back Just for two spark plug coils it cost me over $400 dollars Next time I will do the work myself He is not to trusted Gives a blah blah spiel about parts lifetime guarantee and work etc He charges enough he could do the same job four times and still make a profit My advice "run like hell" and tell everyone you know to avoid this place He is a thief and a crook and also rude Worst repair shop in a hundred mile radius Walk or ride a bike before dealing with this scam artist

I was a bit surprised at the number of horror stories and negative reviews I found here when I can to do my own review. I had used this facility regularly for a few years as I lived close to it. They seemed a bit pricey to to me (despite their claim to be a discount shop) and their communication seemed iffy sometimes, but the quality of the work seemed fine. Now the last time I took one of my vehicles there for an oil leak, I was told it was "spewing" oil and needed two gaskets replaced for a total of over $500. I had never noticed anything but a slow drip, so I said I had to wait to do the work and I took it to another shop I had heard good things about. They said it needed and oil pan gasket but not the other gasket, and it cost $150. So I now used a different repair shop.

I had called multiple places to get quotes and they were all way over priced. I happened to call here and the owner is the one i spoke to on the phone the 2 times i called him today.. He even offered to give me directions to get there. He is very friendly, professional and is no BS kind of guy but isnt rude when he tells you the truth. Although i had an unexpected expense come up while they were inspecting my brakes the service and facility were amazing. very clean and smelled good (he even gave me the remote to watch whatever i wanted while waiting) he even gave me tips and price quotes for future service. I will definitely make the drive from orlando to come to this shop just because of how awesome the service was here! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!
