The staff has had to cancel and reschedule my facial every time Ive gone except my first visit. I believe a total of three cancellations if not more. They make up excuses as to why my esthetician did not show up that day. Never once did they ever offer to give me a discount or free product for my inconvenience. I am a generous tipper and was even overcharged somehow ten dollars looking back at my receipts. I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere where I felt appreciated and all they could say was I am sorry. I will never refer them nor will I step foot back into that store/spa for any reason. On a side note I would like to praise Esthetician Ryan. She is the only woman in there I would recommend as my girlfriend has never had an issue when she has scheduled with her. Unfortunately my bad experience with the rest will drive me away completely.

Ive stopped into this store twice and had bad experiences both times. The first time I asked to try one of the makeups I was interested in and instead the sale woman talked me out of it. I left empty handed and went to Ulta. Today, I stopped in looking specifically for a product in their ad. I asked a sale woman, who asked someone else. I stood around for about 10 minutes until the second woman wondered up to the cash register and acted as if it was silly to even ask if they had the product. Will not be back.

I love the store. Nice and clean. Got my brows waxed and tinted by Tiarra as a walk in and she was excellent. First time there but I will be back.
