DO NOT use Totally Cooked for any important event. We chose them for my sons rehearsal dinner on 12/11/15 and it was a disaster. We went with heavy hors doeuvres, but I stressed several times that I wanted to have plenty of food. I told them I would rather have food left over, but did NOT want to run out. I did not give them a budget, I simply gave them a count and the menu items we decided upon. The problems were many. First, they were an HOUR LATE delivering the food. I received a voicemail from THE DRIVER, who was stuck in traffic(the weather was not an issue). I could not contact one person at Totally Cooked. My calls repeatedly were sent to voicemail. After the food arrived the problems only compounded. The food was cold, we were missing many items, the presentation was awful and the worst part was there was not nearly enough food for all of our guests. Again, I stressed to them that I did not want to run out of food. We actually ended up having a few less guests than the count they were given. On Tuesday I received an email from Totally Cooked. Imagine my surprise when i opened it only to find our fully paid receipt! My son and I both emailed on Tuesday expressing our disappointment with the service. NO RESPONSE. The owner of the venue also sent an email expressing his disappointment, considering thats who recommended them to us for the event. Two full weeks went by and my son emailed them again expressing his surprise at their lack of response and informed them he would then dispute the credit card charge for the final payment. Finally, we received a response. Now we get apologies. Supposedly an email had been sent previously, to the wrong email address (they had many emails from both of us to check the addresses). Never one phone call. They offered a minimal credit, to which we replied that we were insulted. In the end they offered to credit the full amount, less the initial deposit that was made. I was also then informed that the person who handled the dinner had never handled that type of event previously. Here is the exact response: "Erin typically manages.our corporate clients who order from a fairly straightforward pattern. She has not had a tremendous amount of experience managing strolling hors doeuvre events that take an educated eye to guarantee sufficient food quantities. After review of the menu plan and guest count, we could quickly identify that your event could have benefited from an increase to several of the menu features. Erin now knows, until she gains more experiences in this area to have our chef and senior event coordinator review these types of menu plans to ensure future success." This is the icing on the cake. They also supplied the cupcakes for the reception (which we paid for in full). The cupcakes were actually quite good. But, more errors. Since they do not do tiered cakes, my son and wife decided to have one small one layer cake to cut at the wedding and Totally Cooked was supposed to box two cupcakes, which were chosen in advance, for their "anniversary cake". First of all the cake looked awful, it was decorated like a grocery store birthday cake. But the worst part was they did not supply the anniversary cupcakes as promised. We informed them of this in our complaint also and they never even addressed it in their response. If that were my business, I would have offered to deliver the two cupcakes to us. They could have at least made good on one of the issues. Nope, nothing. So, not only did they ruin the dinner part of the rehearsal dinner, which I had worked very hard on, my son and his wife have no "anniversary cake". I felt so bad that this very special event had so many very avoidable issues. These events were special to our family and will never happen again. We worked very hard to cover all of the details The worst part of the ordeal was the response that we received, which was nothing until we threatened them.

I used this caterer for my very small wedding reception.(28 people) The taste testing we had was actually decent, but the food the day of was pretty .....eh. Not at all the same as what we had at the taste testing. The women who helped us was nice and able to cater to dietary needs. The real issue were the desserts. We paid for Chocolate brownies, peanut butter cookies, and we had requested raspberry cheesecake with the same chocolate brownie crust . The women has assured us that if they couldnt do something, she would contact us so we could change the menu. What we received were: chocolate & peanut butter brownies, peanut butter cookies, and the same peanut butter/ chocolate brownies with a tiny drop of frosting? Not at all what we asked for. It might not seem like a big deal but I really dont like peanut butter. We had opted to have these desserts instead of a cake. Our mistake. I was really upset when I saw that they just brought random ass desserts instead of what we paid for. I ended up tossing the leftover desserts because no one really ate them. Whats done is done though. Would not recommend for any important event.

We worked with Kristin for our October wedding. We had mixed feelings about it. There was a lack in communication for awhile. I told my husband of the problems I was having and he reached out someone else within the company. I got an immediate response from kristin after that. During the process we added and took off items and services from the original estimate. When I asked for a revised one it was over $1,000 more than anticipated. When I asked about it, they immediately revised the estimate and said it was an error. That left me with a bad taste in my mouth. What if I hadnt noticed? Also, I had talked to Kristin the entire time leading up my wedding but she was nowhere to be found starting the day before the wedding. We spent over $12,000 in total for the catering services...We expected a lot more service for my money.

The food is amazing ( I have ribs, brisket, chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes) Kristin ( Totally Cookeds event manager) is amazing, so much of my wedding would not have gone so perfectly if it wasnt for all of her hard work and wonderful ideas. The pricing was very reasonable and all the staff was very friendly on the day of. Totally Cooked went above and beyond to meet all of my needs even when too many people showed up to the wedding and Totally Cooked staff set up extra tables for me. I loved working with this company and have already recommended many people to them!!!!

They were the caterer for our daughters wedding this weekend. The coordinator, Kristin, and her staff were 100% professional. They were attentive to every table. All our guests were treated wonderfully. I recommend them to anyone. Well use them again in the future.

We recently ordered a tray of sandwiches and appetizers for a company party, and everyone LOVED the food. The presentation was beautiful, and they gave us an awesome selection of food -- there was something for everyone.

Ran into one of their delivery drivers on the highway, and with the way this dumb kid was trying to drag race in and out of cars, I wouldnt call this place to deliver anything for me. Sounded good too.
