My wife and I had our reception here 2 years ago this May! It served us very well! For the Akron area, the price was one of the lowest we found. Our food was excellent and the service even better. Our guests commented on both the food and the decorations. Occasions indeed delivered on its name. Our reception was quite the occasion. I give it 4 stars only because even though the price was lower for the Akron area, I still thought it was quite high. Thats not a reflection on Occasions but rather on the racquet that is wedding planning and services! If only people invested long term in their marriages what theyre willing to pay for the party that starts it off, wed see a lot less divorce in the country! If youre looking for a nice place to have a reception look no further, but remember if this is the best day of your marriage, youre in trouble! Coming from a happily married man, the best is yet to come!

WOW what an awful awful awful AWFUL place! The staff is RUDE! The owners are very TERRIBLE people! They literally only care about taking your money- thats it. They were so incredibly rude I couldnt believe it!! PLEASE dont waste your time or money here- THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE- So much for my Occasion- it was completely ruined and what should have been fun happy memories for us are severely opposite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER PLACE ON THE PLANET!!!

We had an amazing reception with Occasions Party Centre. Staff was friendly and very in tune to the guests needs. Every meeting we had prior to the reception was pleasant and organized. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience and we would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who needed a reception hall! Thank you for helping to make our day great!

I had my wedding reception here in October. We got lucky that they werent booked for the night we wanted. It was perfect! I loved everything. :) The service was amazing. Abby was phenomenal with everything! The bartender was also awesome, he was able to do just about everything! I super recommend this place! <3
