Can you explain to me how a fast food location like this "expects" to get called a restaurant when the very first employee on the line that is suppose to greet you, is coughing on her hands. Even though it wasnt over the line, still disgusting. When I have to cough or sneeze, I do that instead my shirt especially if Im working near food. I have no idea if she washed her hands because I walked right out and there were others in line behind me that saw it. This location will NEVER get Restaurantour with a work ethic like that!

Food is always good and people are always friendly! Seems somewhat overstaffed and unorganized. Every time I go there is always a huge line meanwhile employees standing around doing nothing. Those employees standing around doing nothing but talking should be directed to jump in and help to reduce wait times.

Not sanitary, manager wiping food counter with dirty wet rag and droplets off dirty wet rag getting into beans, rice, and meats. I walked out after comfronting her about possible food contamination, she looked at me without concern...this Rockside Rd. location lost a Chipotle loving customer

Love the chicken burritos. The ingredients are fresh and natural. They are also partially organic, and more eco friendly then most so kudos. Keep up the tasty great work as we slowly evolve as a nation towards healthy, chemical free, enviro concious lifestyles.

This was the first to open in Cleveland Ohio. This is one of my favorites. I live in Garfield heights n I hate the one here on transportation its tacky dirty n the workers are soooo slow the line up is all the way to the door.. This is fast n good also clean

I have gone to this location three times now and they have been out of salad dressing. Is it that hard to make more? Yesterday they said their blender broke. If I were the manager, I would run to the store and buy a blender. I just dont get it.

This is my favorite Chipotle. Its clean, its in a nice aread with tons of parking, and the food is always good. The thing that knocks off a star is the same thing that every chilotle screws up and thats super long waits in line.

Great food good service even when busy. BTW here now . I also live less than a mile from the garfield hts location and refuse to go there, so I will drive the 4.4 miles.to this location.hope everyone else is satisfied as I am.

Great experience! However, the brown rice is usually under cooked and the meat isnt always cut into small enough pieces. Furthermore, its very clean with quick and friendly service!
